Good quality & comfort. Staff so helpful

The Sales Assistant was very helpful and friendly.

I loved LK Bennett quality exceptional service and would say it's was my favourite shop when it was in George Street in Edinburgh. However not any more I popped into the new store and the display was appalling. It felt like a second hand shop.Really disappointed

The staff are very helpful and went out of their way to find me a different size shoe from another branch.
The quality of clothing and shoes are first class. I would say that built in heel grips to stop shoes slipping would improve things. Having to stick grips to shoes are a nuisance and sometimes curl up.

I am still waiting for my refund.
I ordered a beautiful dress in L K B dress online 👗 did not fit me. Returned it , received an email from the warehouse that the item was received. Refund within 14 days. It is more than 21 days, still waiting. No one is answering calls no replying emails NEED My MONEY back please!

Ordered online parcel delivered to Edinburgh store -really helpful staff

I am extremely disappointed with the service and the quality of goods. I ordered a dress, but received no confirmation email. I contacted customer service but received no response.
My dress arrived damaged in multiple places, and it is also badly sun damaged. I am shocked that this dress managed to pass LKB’s quality check.
Won’t be buying again.

Brilliant service - couldn't be better, friendlier, or generally fantastic!

Products are always of great quality, and arrived promptly and well packaged, however the shoes I ordered online were tight on the sides and I had to return them to the Edinburgh store.

I’ve only given 3 stars as the member of staff in the shop was poorly trained. She was insistent that I was not entitled to a refund because the shoes were sale stock ( and apparently from last years line- though what that had to do with anything, I don’t know! I just saw them online last week). I had to ask to speak to the manager, who explained to her assistant that I had ordered the goods online, and I had not tried them on in store, and WAS therefore, entitled to a refund.

In the past, I’ve always enjoyed shopping in LK Bennett ( used to live in Harrogate and that store is excellent), but this salesgirl made me feel so uncomfortable, and the Manageress, though professional was ‘cold’ towards me. No apology for the treatment I received. Customer service is so important, and I’m sad & disappointed to have to write a poor review.

Took husband on just looking trip for our daughter's wedding next year, not intending to buy. We both saw dress and jacket at same time. I tried them on, normally size 12, but found 14 more comfortable. Lady's in shop so very, very helpful. Decided that was outfit and no need to look any further. As we went to pay, lovely lady noticed a thread had been caught on shoulder of dress, she checked to see if had another in stock, unfortunately didnt, so checked at warehouse and found they had one there, so she ordered to be delivered to our home address (duly arrived 3 days later, in fact was delivered early). She said did not want me to have a defective garment on such an important day. She really went above and beyond. Their attention to detail for such an important garment was outstanding, cannot praise them enough, made whole experience, especially for my husband wonderful (apart from paying lol). Words cannot express our gratitude and heart felt thanks.
