I would recommend this firm. I had Lee dealing with my case and he was empathetic and reassuring from the first day. Very quick with responses and thorough with updates. After a bad hairdressing appointment, resulting in my scalp blistering and my hair breaking off, I contacted LLB Solicitors for help. They connected me to senior solicitor Lee Jones, who took on my case and managed to secure financial compensation out of court for personal injury. I am very happy with outcome and figure I received. What a fantastic company this is. I can highly recommend Lee who has surpassed my expectations. He made a claim for damages to my hair by a previous hairdresser and even through lockdown Lee continued tenaciously pursuing my claim and successfully achieved £10,000 less fees equating to £7500 for me. This solicitor's went above a beyond service to help me during a sensitive period in life. My mother was the original client where she had contacted this solicitors with help over hair damage, sadly she passed away on 31st of October 2020, it then fell to me her as executor to continue proceeding's. I was assigned Paul Mcnulty and i must say he was nothing short of excellent both in manner and professionalism . Every step of the way he was in contact and kept me in the loop as to any changes in the case, even going a step further to procure a more than satisfactory outcome. Thanks top Paul and the team they won the award of damages which has gone a long way in terms of paying for a tombstone for my mothers grave. She faced an injustice and this solicitors pursued her case despite her passing. Paul in particular i found to be very genuine and courteous and i'd like to point at that as a case of no win no fee, this firm is more than fair when it comes to taking there own share, it is a very modest fee for the excellent service you will receive when using there firm in any endeavour's.

I had a car collision in which I was injured.
