Very bad experience, I spent a lot of money and I had ZERO results! At the beginning he spent 15 minutes telling me wonders about non surgical treatments …after procedure he told me to hold on tight and to wait for the miraculous results.. returned to his practice I complained to Dr Ayham and he told me that I needed to spend even more money to have a face lift …unbelievable! The team of assistants were very nice though

I am over the moon with my Lanluma Buttocks results!!

Initially, I came feeling highly self conscious about my ultra-flat posterior. After a detailed explanation and consultation of the treatment I decided to go ahead with series of 3 treatments, I felt incredibly comforted and assured with Dr Ayoubi’s expertise and his lovely staff.

I am now 3 months down the line from where I started and can confidently say I have the curvaceous bum of my dreams. I didn’t think these results would’ve ever been possible non-surgically!!

I can now wear body-con dresses, tight clothing and go to the beach feeling as confident as ever! Thank you

I recently received Under Eye filler with Dr Ayoubi at LMA clinic and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I have really dark hereditary circles which make me look tired all the time. I had a great chat with the doctor who was incredibly knowledgable and recommended Under Eye filler to reduce the appearance of the dark circles and make me look more fresh. The whole procedure was so fast and completely painless and the results were immediate. I couldn’t be happier! I’ll definitely be back for more treatment.

Dr Al-Ayoubi conducted my smart lipo surgery and I continue to frequent the clinic for Velashape appointments. From the moment I walked into my consultation I felt the anxiety of such a procedure disappear- with a gentle touch and kind, respectful words I felt valued, heard and cared for. On the day of the treatment I had the most wonderful, professional and caring team. And the results? I lost five inches and gained confidence to wear a bikini for the first time in my life- and wished it was skimpier!

I had Lanluma for my hip dips which have bothered me for many years. No matter how much I exercised or ate well they never improved. I heard about Dr Ayoubi from friends who had Lanluma with him. I decided to go ahead with a course of 3 treatments. I am overjoyed with the results. I have never felt so confident in myself and I feel ready for summer. I can’t thank Dr Ayoubi and his lovely team at LMA more for being so helpful through all the course of the treatment.

I had botched liposuction surgery on my stomach about 3 years ago at a different surgery, with small dents and uneven skin.
I had never known Sculptra could be a successful treatment until I found the LMA clinic.
Mr Ayham Al-Ayoubi was very friendly and informative and his lovely team treated me over the course of a couple of months.
I could see improvements after each treatment - the last being in Nov 2022. However 5 months on, the improvements are even more noticeable!
My stomach is near perfect looking now.
I'm so glad I found this clinic and highly recommend this team and Sculptra!

Extremely disappointed with the after treatment .l was initially advised that I would require 3 sessions of Sculpta . In fact the doctor did 4 , the results have not met expectations . I have been trying to get an appraisal from the Doctor .I have tried all avenues since January '23 .
They have promised to return my calls and not replied to emails . I have been having Scuptra for many years , with amazing results ,at another clinic .I only went to this clinic , to cut down on the journey time .What a mistake I made .
So much more expensive ,for less volume of treatment , and ,the worst after treatment. I have not had what I was promised , certainly not value for money . The clinic is very dated , in a shabby building , not the most hygienic conditions , in treatment rooms . Please think long and hard before you lose a great deal of money .I wouldn't recommend this Clinic .

Dr Ayoubi has delivered the most incredible results, he is truly talented and warm and friendly with it. I want to also mention his wonderful team of support staff who always make me feel so welcome, and are always on hand to answer any questions.

The best experience you can ask for with great results.
Dr. Ayham is very knowledgeable and goes straight to the point, making you leave the clinic with a smile and a pretty face 😊

I have been hugely impressed with the results I have seen from the Lanluma Buttock Enhancing treatment. Mr Al-Ayoubi is incredibly skilled and professional and tailored a treatment plan for me that has delivered 10/10 results. His happy, joyful nature is also contagious and its always a pleasure to visit the clinic. Sara, Binita and Molly are all super professional and talented, plus the clinic offers a wide range of treatments that I will be making the most of.

I have had several treatments over many years with Dr Ayoubi. Sculptra buttocks and face, fillers, botox, and more recently I just had my third Lanluma buttocks treatment. The results of which are utterly amazing, I couldn't be happier. I've had many compliments with regards to my current shape (which I obviously credit to working out more), I can't praise Dr Ayoubi's work enough. The whole experience at LMA is fantastic from the front of house staff (Molly is amazing), through to the treatment and aftercare. Dr Ayoubi is very meticulous with regards to aftercare instructions and ensuring you follow them, I have never had any issues. However, being a slightly nervous patient Dr Ayoubi has had the late night call from me to his mobile and was nothing other than polite, professional and so very reassuring (can't say I would be in the same situation at such a late hour).

I have had both Sculptra buttocks prior to Lanluma being available and the past year I've also had Lanluma buttocks. Personally I have seen quicker results with Lanluma over Sculptra but both are great products in Dr Ayoubi's hands. Great team and always great results.

I've had various filler and Scultra treatments with Dr Ayoubi, all with natural subtle results. I didn't tell my teenage daughter when I was getting undereye filler to improve sunken hollow and when she saw me after she said "your eyes look nice' but was unable to pinpoint what I'd done. That goes for everyone who's complimented me on looking younger and fresher without noticing obvious 'work' done.
Dr Ayoubi is honest in his assessment and will tell you if you don't require a particular procedure. He's certainly not on a 'money grab'.
The clinic is accommodating with appointment slots and all the staff (Molly, the clinic manager and beauticians) are professional, v friendly and polished.

My experience of receiving botox with LMA is nothing short of exceptional.

I have had sun damage treatment at the clinic, the latest stage of which was micro-needling. The treatment was very professionally done, which my neck added at no extra cost. I had thought the session would be an hour, but it took an hour and a quarter. I must say that while it is high-cost, the treatment and the customer service is excellent.

I had a Sculptra Butt Lift treatment with Dr Ayoubi and I’m extremely happy with the result just after 1 session! I can already see increased volume and a shape I desired in the treated area. I’m beyond satisfied with my experience with Dr Ayoubi and his team. He was very knowledgable, highly professional and gentle whilst performing the treatment. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease as well as his lovely assistants Sara and Molly! Can not wait to be back to see Dr Ayoubi for My 2nd session. Best experience at Harley Street so far.
