Good interest rate

We have just gone through Loans Warehouse to take out a mortgage on our home to complete home renovations. We recently had a baby and needed to add a third bedroom. From the get go Loans Warehouse were great at keeping in touch via phone and email. They found us a loan at a good price that will work for us at decent rate. We also then decided to up the mortgage to include further renovations to our kitchen and they facilitated this quickly and easily. Rhys, Nick and Lisa were great! Thanks so much. Cant wait to see our finished home.

A fantastic company, I highly recommend Loans Warehouse in so many respects.
They managed within a week to raise a 2nd Loan for me to finish my building works when I had spent 2.5 months trying with much stress via various brokers etc. (There is some very bad behaviour out there).
The fee is quite high but it is very very well worth it.
I got the amount I needed and got it quickly at a very good rate and the team helping were fantastic, thanks so much to Leslie and Lauren for an amazing service.

From start to finish Leslie and then Lauren made the application straight forward and hassle free. The second charge mortgage loan is exactly what I needed for home improvements. All the leg work was done by the Loans Warehouse team and I was updated during my busy work day. I would recommend using this team following their efficient service.

From start to finish the process for a secured loan was smooth, with Lauren and the others all ensuring I was updated and fully informed along the way. Couldn’t fault it.

Fantastic service from Nick and the team!
I can’t thank Nick and his team enough for their amazing support. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about delivering the best possible service. Loans warehouse found the right deal gorgeous me then connected to an advisor Wayne talked through my finances, then explained about the right contract deal and period of loan, what documents I would need to send, then kirsty took me over the last part, the team Is very patient respectful with you every step. I cant recommend them enough
