Pretty sure this whole site is a scam. Item never shipped. Seller never contacted me, didn’t answer phone calls (random mobile number on the site), didn’t return emails, no way to get a refund. Reported them to credit card company. Company doesn’t appear on Google maps or any other searches.

Ordered and paid. No shipping, no response from web enquiry, mobile rang out, no call back after message. Credit card dispute raised.

Ordered and paid for a panel door motor on 16th June 2024. No delivery, no update, no address of company and the only phone number I could fine gets forwarded to voicemail.

Bought a garage door wall button but didn't work for my garage door even though the model matches up.

Tried to use their contact us from twice without reply. Then found basically a personal email which I emailed twice without reply.

Would not use ever again. Highly not recommended! Going to make a complaint to the ACCC.
