When I started to write my initial review I hit submit by mistake. I did not come close to justify five stars. The whole experience was excellent. Staff were extremely courteous, responsive and helpful but they were also friendly and accommodating. The lady I dealt with immediately came across as trustworthy. So much so that I gave them all my financial details even though they couldnât commit on the potential discount. I formally placed the order against the full price because I needed to do that as I was on extensive travel next day and would be on a plane for 14 hours. Two days later I saw the debit and it was the discounted price! The furniture has now been delivered. Excellent quality!

Delivery was fine
Delivery was fine. Two issues with the product. One of the drawers is not true. I had to use cable ties to hold the slats to the spine as they "banged" when moving about.

We were surprised when our side board arrived there was only 1 delivery man. He couldnât move it on his own and my husband who is 80 struggled to help him in with it.
