Used this garage for the first time to have two new front tyres installed and balanced. Absolutely excellent service - highly recommended.

Turned up at the Talke Branch at 8:05 am, no customers in, car park empty, workshop empty wanting a front wheel alignment after having all new suspension components fitted, so very easy job as everything is new and not seized, 15 minutes maximum for a front wheel alignment. I Was told “sorry can’t fit you in!!” Why? The place is deserted!! Technicians sitting at two desks, the rest standing around with coffee in their hands!! Sorry but your advertised opening times are 8am, not when you’ve finished your breakfast off and put the worlds to rights about last nights TV. I was told “I can get you in for the wheel alignment next Tuesday!! “ Bearing in mind it is Thursday!! So long story short, if you can’t be bothered doing jobs that are your bread and butter for a business like this then I will take my business and hard earned cash less than a mile down the road to Selectatyres Talke, who where very helpful, courtesy and professional and sorted my car and requirements without fuss. And in the process gained a new customer, so sorry Lodge you won’t be seeing me again in the future.

Mark was fantastic, he repaired my tyre on my Golf Buggy, something he had never had to do before. Perhaps this should be added to the services provided. I'll know where to come next time!!

The angry old man on the phone at the Blackburn branch needs to learn some manners.. if he cant deal with the work load he may need to retire himself..had the worst experience upon arrival where he just ignored anything we had to say.. would definitely not recommend or be using ever again!!!

Don't bother with the Blackburn branch one grumpy old man doesn't want to do the job
Apparently you need to book in as he can't do anything after an operation
Carp service he shouldn't be there

Have used Lodge for my tyres in the past, their service is faultless. I never feel like I’m being ripped off. At the weekend my engine warning light came on while driving, I dropped in on Monday morning and the car was in the workshop within 20mins and the staff were really helpful. I would 100% recommend for any car issues you may have.

I would recommend lodge tyres every time. I find them helpful, understanding and patient. After a stressful drive with a puncture I pulled in and they calmed me down and sorted me out with a repair to my tyre. Have used them several times and always the best service given.

definitely recommend! called with a puncture on our 16 seat minibus. the guy was really helpful. He said would be 60-90 mins, to be honest it was probably no more than 30 mins!! all sorted and our guy on his way within the hour. Price was really competitive too. would definitely recommend. Locally I wouldnt even think of using anyone else but Lodge Tyres in Daventry. The best service, friendly, helpful staff who can usually sort out any issues without an appointment, they're the best value as well.

I turned up on the off chance after having a flat tyre in Tesco carpark. They fitted me in straight away and repaired my tyre. Excellent friendly service. Will definitely use again

It took 6 attempts over 3 days to get a answer to a phone call. Service with a smile none existent. Booked in for a tyre change and after dropping off was told it was booked in for 2 hours later and had to leave it there. It was cancel a business meeting or dont finally get the tyres changed. Will encourgage my employer to change their provider even if it mean travelling to another place.

Found Lodge Tyres on Google & was swayed by their solid reviews. Bryn did a great tyre repair with no fuss. Especially grateful as the tyres on my Audi are not cheap! Mgr Les booked me in & absolutely agree with the reviews here, a good friendly service at a reasonable cost. Their set up is efficient, with plenty of parking & well set out. The waiting area is comfortable. I will def use Lodge again.

After a recent mishap with my car bonnet Lodge Tyers Spalding depot were above and beyond while dealing with the issue
My car was taken away for repair , which was done to a very high standard and I am completely satisfied with the work
During the work a Coutesy car was provided and again very satisfied
The staff at lodge Tyers have been really professional, keeping me up to date by phone at every stage of the work

Absolute Quality Service - went in late afternoon, no messing about job done - miles better customer service than all the others in Daventry

We had an tyre incident on the M1and were escorted clear and found Lodge tyres thanks to the Police support. Lodge tyres were amazing- Eric and Taylor worked incredibly hard and carefully to not only change the tyre but sort the more difficult problem of the wheel guard causing contact issue. Such skill and understanding of the issue they got us back on the road. The manager was helpful and supportive as well. Many thanks for getting us home safely a job superbly well done.
