Very helpful polite staff, I had a puncture at 4.30pm and lodge tyre staff went above and beyond to fix it and get me back on the road.
Highly recommend

Can’t praise the guys at Immingham enough! The customer service is more than excellent, they always go above and beyond when it comes to rescuing me. And fixing my continuous flat tyres. 5 stars every time ⭐️ wouldn’t go anywhere else

My car developed a calliper fault 100 miles from home. The closest garages to me that were too busy recommended the guys at Lodge. A really good recommendation. I phoned ahead and Graham told me they would take a look and do everything they could to get me home the same day. They did not disappoint. Graham and Steve sourced a calliper and fitted it straight away. The car was ready almost an hour earlier than they estimated and drove like a dream. Thank you to Graham, Steve and everyone at lodge that helped get me home

Absolute lifesavers! Came out from work to find I had a completely flat tyre. After being refused help by multiple companies, I tried my luck to see if these guys at the Atherstone branch could help me so I could get home. 10-15 minute wait for him to arrive and within 5-10 minutes, my spare tyre was fitted, he’d highlighted where my puncture was and put everything back in my car for me! Massive thank you to the grumpy bloke who helped me get home! Will definitely recommend these to anyone in the future!

Leicester branch:
Very poor quality service. If you can’t make it to an appointment, at a time specified by yourselves. Leaving me waiting all day for you and still I have a flat tyre. Bordering on incompetent, this is purely a management issue. If you can’t organise yourselves to make it to appointments you may as well not bother. It’s down to YOU to advise your customer what the situation is and not answering the phone is not a solution that gets things resolved. There are lots of places that fit tyres and I will be advising everyone I know that Lodge Tyres are incompetent and not to bother. This reflects poorly on the rest of your “brand” as management systems are the same. If you can’t get it right here then you’re probably not getting it right elsewhere.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Paul and Liz in the Peterborough branch for helping me out in an emergency! Had a flat tyre, half an hour from home with a hungry baby in the car. They acted swiftly and Paul managed to replace the tyre whilst Liz let us wait in the warm reception area. So grateful, lovely team. Thank you!

Really good service from the team at lodge tyres this morning - I showed up asking if they could help with a screw in my tyre - they fitted me in and fixed the problem for me there and then, really friendly guys, really quick and good quality work :-) really reasonably priced and fair thank you for helping me get back on my way

Credit and praise where it’s due. Went to Lodge Tyres Retford this morning for 2 new fronts for my old VW camper. Very helpful, got me in early, and did an excellent job of balancing too. Much improved steering and driving for the old girl.
You pay money for tyres, but the service they provide is personal choice
