I had a voucher that needed to be used until the end of this year, I got in touch with Logitravel they were helpful and kind as usual. I received a phone call from Iris Madico and immediately she explained everything and it was all booked so easily. She was exceptional, a very nice, kind, professional and patient person. A big thank you to Iris!!!

I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Iris. She is truly a responsible and attentive agent. For the past four years, we have been booking cruises and flights through her, and she always makes the process smooth and worry-free. Highly recommended!

Our cruise advisor, Iris, did her utmost to find a date with the desired cabin type for our upcoming cruise. Iris listened to our requirements and this resulted in our 3rd consecutive year booking a cruise with MSC through Logitravel.

Mrs Iris gave me a lot of information which I required for my trip. This helped me a lot. Hope to book with your travel agency for my next trip. Thanks a lot.

We have booked with Iris before, and as before, she was on the ball. Checked where and when we wanted to go, then looked at discounts etc. Even spotted that MSC had missed our middle names on the club cards. All booked and very easily done, without any problems. I know if you need help they are there, and can sort things very quickly. Would recommend Logi travel.

I was trying to book a cruise, hotel stay and flights on my own when Logitravel offered help. Iris rang me to see if she could help. She organised everything and great flights back. Even sent the boarding passes for my peace of mind.

From our first contact, nothing has been too much trouble. Firstly we wanted detailed itineraries and then we had lots of other questions before booking - all answered swiftly. "did what it said on the tin" and more.

I used them for a cruise last year in May/ June last year from Barcelona to Rome (Ref: 942978651) on Princess Cruises. LogiTravel mislead me in the bookings by not advising that though the ship docks at 5am, you are not allowed to disembark until after 7am! My flight was at 8.15am or so..
I booked it bearing in mind IF we are docking at 5am, I should have 2 hours to get to the airport.

That was in Rome! I went out of my way to even hassle guest relations so as to get a way to disembark earlier but it was the law that they couldn’t bypass! I raise this concern later after I got home (after spending over £500 to get another flight home) with this bogus company that clearly has so many negative reviews and did not get any response other than a rude person ‘closing’ the case!!
There is NOWHERE in their terms and conditions that states this, i.e that the ship docks at 5am but you don’t get off until 7am! So essentially they should be held accountable and refund my costs for the missed flight!
I have tried so many ways to get a refund and hold them accountable but month’s later, still nothing.

Also, another thing, every-time you search their ‘deals’ on their website i.e for cruises or holidays and try to proceed to buy it, it comes up as “this cruise, deck, hotel, etc is not available.. please choose another option..”
And so on it goes. So HOW can you be having ‘deals’ that actually don’t even exist? HOW is that possible?

IF they are sold out, WHY are you sending out these ‘sale’ emails misleading customers and making them believe those deals exist when in reality, your probably just baiting customers to increase traffic to your website. You run this travel company like the scam it actually is! Just a shame you haven’t been brought to justice! But you will!

HOW ARE THEY EVEN LICENSED TO OPERATE? This is clearly an incompetent
And I intend to contact the media such as BBC Panorama. You cannot keep stealing from people!!

I had several issues during booking process with my bank payments and I got all the support I needed to resolve everything. IMO is easy to get 5 stars when things go smooth, so I am happy I can put the same 5 stars even in my case.

We went on a cruise in May 2024, Iris was absolutely brilliant. She was so helpful, informative and very knowledgeable. She always returned telephone calls and emails in a polite and professional manner.
I have just booked another cruise for February 2025.... thank you Iris, you are a excellent ambassador for the company.

Well I have traveled alot. Europe,America,south America, Mediterenean, Africa.
I booked my last three cruises with Iris of Logitravel. What a lady, she was always helpfull when I required her services. I was surprised that even when she was on her maternity leave she did all her best to help me. What an exellent service she gave me when she returned from her leave. I have booked another Mediterenean cruise for the comming March. She convinced me with her gentle style and with out being too fusy. I managed to convince my friend and their fore we booked a cruise for two couples.

This is our first cruise and Iris was able to answer all questions with patience and understanding. Whenever we phoned and she was on another call she called back. First class service.

We've just booked our first ever cruise with P&O. It's very exciting - made so much easier with the knowledge, experience and friendliness of Iris at Logitravel. We had so many questions, but Iris kept giving great service. If we love the cruising experience, we will be booking another cruise with Iris!
