Excellent service booking a last minute cruise…
I have just booked a last minute cruise with Iris at Logitravel and was so pleased with the service. Iris was exceptionally helpful, found us a great deal and has replied to my (many) questions in a very prompt and friendly way. I am now really looking forward to the Cruise and feel totally confident in the booking process. I would not hesitate to recommend Iris at Logitravel - thank you for all your help.

Fabulous
Iris is fabulous at her job. This year I booked 2 cruise holidays with her and received great service both times. She took time to understand what I was looking for in my holiday and found something which ticked all the boxes. We were able to submit our requests for vegetarian meals and a cot for our 8 months old. Everything went so smoothly. She was available to speak every time and replied to my emails promptly. I'd book with her again.

After reviewing your file, we have been able to verify that the corresponding department proceeded to reimburse your reservation last February, splitting it into two payments. The first payment, made on 7/02, to the card linked to your file and the second, made on 8/02, to the bank account number you provided us with. As soon as the department responsible provides us with the reimbursement receipts, we will send them to you by e-mail. Booking was quick, however international communication via email is very impersonal, since there is no "person" to name. I missed the personal touch.
