2 T-shit que faltan del pedido que todavía dicen que lo están confeccionando,hace un mes despues de la fecha de entrega,le he enviado varios mensajes a customer services antes de dar mi opinión,pero nadie me responde o devuelven el dinero, en fin me robaron el dinero de la compra de esos 2 T-shit y nadie responde por eso, al contrario me envían promociones para que les siga comprando, pero ya lo que compré y pague me faltan cosas y esas nadie me responde, me ignoran.

I really liked the ease of creating my logo as well as the products that I ordered after creating my logo

Ordered $200 worth of hats. Order never came. I chatted with an online rep and was told even though they couldn't prove the order was actually delivered, no refund or replacement order...so sad, too bad. So I'm taking my business elsewhere. I was just about to place a large order for another business...so sad, too bad. Use them ONLY if you like to give away $200 to get nothing in return.

UPDATE: A representative reached out to me and made a very fair resolution to my problem. I have now changed my star rating from 1 to 4 and will place another order.

Horrble service. I have been waiting for an order for 2 months. I keep being told it's in production, the manager forgot to reorder, or it will be there in 10 business days.

I wish there was a way to give negative stars. I don't mind a legimate delay, I hate being lied to!

I really enjoyed working with Logomaker to create my new business logo! It was fast, great graphics available to choose from and it was helpful the website helped you select the desired graphic to use! I even received help with downloading and using the logo for different needs. Hands down the best website for creating logos!

Still haven't received my items been o er 8 weeks

When I made my logo and received my file, I realized I had something missing. I needed a favicon of a certain size, so I called support and within a couple of days I had what I needed. Great Job!
