I signed up for the monthly membership in January and received books until the May edition, which should have shipped in June. June came and went; no books. I reached out to customer service, and they said they would expedite shipping of new copies. Fantastic, I thought, until July came and - almost - went, and still no books. No tracking number, nothing. If I don't have a clear resolution by mid-August, I plan to cancel my membership and hit them with fraud through my bank.

I ordered a book months ago, I received one notice that the publishing was delayed and then never heard from them again. I reached out to inquire about shipping status of my order and there was no reply.

They simply stole my money.
