Great company to deal with.
Kept me updated as to when my order would be on the way.
Cheaper then all the companies in the area and free delivery all the way to Garstang.

This is the 6th time I’ve ordered logs from this company. The logs are exactly as described and the website is easy to navigate. When I had a query I was actually able to speak to someone. My logs were delivered when they said. I wish every company was this well organised

I ordered a dumpy bag of kiln dried oak to use on my smoker. The wood is fantastic and very dry so burns well. It gives a great flavour to the food. Delivery was great too with the driver dropping them just where I wanted them in the garage.

Delivery is in good time, good prices and great quality.

Arrived quickly. Was delivered where i requested. Reasonably priced. I was going to order more this week but as the weather has taken a turn for the worse i may need to postpone my garden plan til next summer. Shame!

I often use Logs Direct, mainly for compost, topsoil and bark.

I find the quality and value for money outstanding. They have been friendly, helpful and professional in all my dealings with them.

The delivery has always been pretty quick after my orders as well. A major selling point for me is how brilliant the drivers have been. Nothing is too much trouble, dropping one bag here and a pallet there etc.

Very easy to order and arrived on time.

This is the 2nd time I've had goods from Logs Direct.
The first time was an order placed with B&Q for 1tn top soil. The top soil was delivered in a bag from Logs Direct. It was the best top soil I've had, smooth free flowing, smelled good, almost like compost. Not one stone in it. So when I needed a 2nd tne, I checked B&Q price compared to Logs direct price, they came out loads cheaper. Unfortunately as they are based in Lancashire & I'm in Norfolk, the delivery was as much as the soil but still worked out £20 cheaper than B&Q.
I fully recommend using them. I live in a small road with sweeping drive to 4 houses & was worried delivery would be a problem as they advertise they don't go over shingle or grass, so I called them as I couldn't have curbside delivery. They were very helpful and took a note of my concerns. The driver called me before delivery - allbeit only 5 minutes away but I explained where the house is (I was going to meet him there in 10 minutes), when I got home, the pallet was neatly placed outside my house, infront of the door and on shingle - off the driveway. Perfectly placed but had gone. Amazing delivery. 2nd time around I thought it can't be as good - it was! Amazing and thoroughly recommend. I've not had their wood though so can't comment on that.

As always, lots a good quality logs delivered when we want and that is very very good

Delivered on the day we wanted, but perhaps something to think on is could they be more granular with delivery times to let us know? For some reason the tracking wasn’t working.

A minor whinge, one compared with the value and the quality you get.
