I often use Logs Direct, mainly for compost, topsoil and bark. I find the quality and value for money outstanding. They have been friendly, helpful and professional in all my dealings with them.... もっず芋る

Delivered on time and friendly, helpful driver. Order online so you mannered to amend delivery instructions as load was not delivered via pallet stacker but a limited reach crane.

We are a family run business, based in Halton Lancashire, and we've been selling fuels to homes and restaurants since 2004. Our specialised kiln dries our firewood onsite to under 20% moisture, making it perfect for long, hot burns and cleaner chimneys. It's also better for the environment as it produces less emissions. As FSC members, we are committed to keeping the business as Eco-friendly as possible, so the majority of our wood comes from Britain, though we do also support projects and businesses in Europe (and even South Africa!). You can find oak, ash, beech, birch, and alder being kiln dried on any given day up at the yard, so no matter your preference, we'll be able to help you. Our logs come in various sizes depending on your need, from 20kg carry-bags all the way up to 1.6 cubic meter bulk bags. We even sell the log stores to go with them, alongside a range of fireside accessories like baskets, coalhods, firefighters and kindling. Whether our customers want to cook pizza, heat their homes, fire their BBQs, or light their campfires, we've got something for everyone- even gardening products! Did you know we supply top quality topsoil, compost, and bark to gardens and farms across the country, free of delivery charge to most postcodes?

I found logs direct online

I found logs direct online I was surprised to see they offered free shipping to Scotland which was a bonus as I needed a few things for my
Garden. The order was very quick. Items we picked were of high standard highly recommended I will definitely use this company again.

Great charcoal

5 stars , great charcoal at a fair price order delivered nice and quickly. Have used before with great results, burns nice and hot perfect for indirect cooking.
Alway bought in bulk much better nothing worse than running out. Will use again , service is brilliant 👏

An item was not delivered.

An item was not delivered.
Was not contacted by the company to discuss to explain why.
I had to ring them to find out what had happened and still have no idea when the missing item will be delivered.
Poor communications

Delivery quick

Delivery quick, efficient and helpful. Quality of soil; very good, fine and dry, which made it lighter to shift.

Another perfect purchase the delivery driver was very careful polite and courteous he placed the bag of topsoil exactly where I needed it.

First time customer - will return

I met Logs Direct at their stand at The Great Ecclestone show. They displayed 3 bags of kiln dried hardwood logs... Graded by size. They looked superb.
I immediately ordered two bags plus several bags of kindling. The delivery was arranged and arrived on the stated date.
First class product and service.

My credit card was debited twice...

My credit card was debited twice for the same transaction and when Logs Direct was notified thaey didn't offer to help resolve the issue but said I should raise a dispute with my bank. I would urgent other users of this company to check if the correct amounts have been debited.
