VERY DISAPPOINTED !! I have been completely shocked by the terrible customer service of this company!! I thought that by buying with a NZ company that I would have no problems. I have purchased the product a few times and like it. But the last time I purchased I got 2x eyelash serum with a FREE eyelash curler. Unfortunately there "was a glitch" in their system and the free curler wasn't added or sent. No worries, I wrote them an email to let them know, expecting them to be keen to rectify the problem...they were not keen. They said that they could 1. Send one next time I purchased (based on the time to go through the serum it would be about 6-8months away) 2. I could pay postage to send the eyelash curler. I was absolutely shocked!!!! Not only did I have to let them know it was missing (they didn't check the customers affected and notify them) but they are expecting me to pay either postage or $80+ more to get the FREE eyelash curler I was promised. It feels so dodgy as it was their mistake and they are fine with just not sending it and ignoring me. It's like the old "bait and switch". I was originally only going to buy one serum but needed another eyelash curler anyway so upgraded and spent more to get it. I have had back and forth emails and my last one I believed that I had found a solution that would suit us both. "Surely this will be the answer" I thought I proposed that they could just send the eyelash curler to a nearby stockiest when they next placed their order and I would pick it up. No response...I have sent about three emails and they have now decided to ignore me and hope the problem goes away. I am surprised that I got a review email because I am really not happy. Not true faithful kiwi service like we are used to. I am so disappointed and annoyed, I wish they would just make it right and uphold their side of the deal.

Appalling customer service
Bought their 2 pack special, used for a week, an absolute bastard to remove, stings eyes, I still have an up opened package I want to return, have tried multiple times to start a return, can not get a reply.

DONT BUY SCAM

I used the serum mascara and as soon I put it on , I knew it is no where as good as my normal mascara I have been using. It is 100% clumpy. So I try to contact the company, I am not surprised there is no reply. I think the whole thing is a scam. I reviewed there product with photo on their website, of course they filter all the bad review. So be very careful when you buy.. there is no refund or customer service at all!

I have concerns about my experience. I placed an order and promptly cancelled it within 5 minutes of purchase. Despite immediate cancellation, I received no confirmation. I have followed up multiple times (at least 5 different methods of contact) with no response. I am left with an unwanted product, unopened and ready for return, and it has been over 2 months since the initial order and contact.
Update: Purchased in Jan 2026. It is now Oct 2026, and I have never once, received a response🤷‍♀️.
