I suggest an alternative money courier going forward for your business , unless you enjoy letting your customers down constantly .

11th March 13.45 Driver of Van DA69KWM coming from Morrisons estate onto A52 I was waiting in the middle to pull out onto the carriage way when this idiot pulled right next to me within inches snd blocked my view to see to pull out. No clue how to use the road and was abusive when I asked him why he thought he can just block someone like that. Dangerous moron. Seems a pattern emerging with this company's driving..
Dangerous driver
Dangerous driver. 1st March 2026, 14:16 hrs, Van Reg BU24YPC. Morrisons Chester. This driver drove in a 5mph area at a speed more like 15 - 20mph. Had somebody stepped onto the crossing it would not be able to stop. Then cut a corner across me, I had anticipated and stopped. Gave me a load of abuse. If anybody at loomis reads these I have footage as evidence.

Disgraceful driving standards, clearly no oversight and clearly employing anyone with a head to drive their trucks. FJ19NJY at 2215 hrs 05/11/25 dangerous overtakes, tailgating then straight through red light following another div through at 2221hrs on the outskirts of Exeter. I was almost taken out by a Loomis driver today. I was waiting to pull out of Sainsbury's in Dunchurch when a Loomis driver hurtled past in front of me without looking. I had to do an emergency stop and he suddenly saw me, looked shocked and raised his right hand to apologise. I was very shaken and realised what a near miss I had!
Drivers don't know how to use the road
I had the worst birthday ever this year. A driver of a loomis van didn't know how to use a giveaway. Sped through a giveaway and wrote my car off with my young children in the car. The only small bit of satisfaction, is the instant karma. The driver managed to get himself locked in the back of his own safe! Still waiting for them to accept liability. Thank God I've got the dashcam footage!

Loomis collected £10,000 cash from our bank to deliver to us. 15 days later I still do not have it. I’m £10,000 less in my bank account and Loomis say they don’t have it. Even though I have the cage number and bag number it went into from the bank. I am at a complete loss

Worst service
Worst service, calling on customer service or bag ordering you have to wait at least two hours on phone, 2nd thing sometimes you are waiting for them and suddenly nobody coming to collect money and when you phone them after long waiting in queue they said sorry we will collect next week and it makes no sense, totally inresponsible service.

Absoloutley horrendous customer service. Left Loomis after 15 years as a customer last year over countless missed collections. Never a email or a call to say they were not coming just didn't turn up, sometimes for 2/3 weeks in a row. Seemingly unless I kicked up a fuss noting got sorted. We left them 5 months ago and I am still waiting for credits to be paid for missed collections and have sent countless emails. Drivers and warehouse lads are great but the management and customer service are completely useless.

fuldstændig forfærdelig kasse apparat, der har ikke været en uge siden 1/1-2024 hvor kassen har kørt optimalt. kundeservice forgår på en rigtige mafia måde, søde venlig og rare indtil din kasse apparat er landet i din butik, også ender i med at se de beskidte kort loomis kundeservice udnytter, da man forbundet i følge kontrakten. i dag er ikke en slem dag i forhold til de andre gange, har ringet 4/5 gange jeg venter hver gang minimum 20minutter på at komme igennem, da jeg skal sende dem videoer på mail og det kan jeg ikke mens jeg snakker i telefon, de har også nægtet at ringe tilbage og jeg må ringe som en ny sag hver gang.
nu står jeg her midt på dagen uden en kasse apparat som hverken virker og et kunde service som ikke står til rådighed, da de ikke kan gøre mere andet end de tilbyder mig en ny kasse, som jeg skal betale nogle omkostninger for og det skal siges at at jeg har service inkluderet min aftale.
Hold jer væk hvis i ikke ville have hovedpine i forhold til jeres kasse apparat, som er fuldstændig unødvendigt.
Jeg håber på at ende i retten med loomies, da jeg ville føre sag an mod dem via en advokat, når jeg når nærmere i dette forhold ville jeg opdatere jer.

Loomis...be warned about their drivers
I have never dealt with Loomis but i had the undesired pleasure of experiencing of one of their vans trying their level best to cause an accident whilst driving down the M40.
I contacted their head office and was advised to send an email about the incident I had with their van with reg: DA19 XRR
Whilst traveling north bound on the M40 at 11am around the CV35 0AA area, I noticed one of your vans (Reg: DA19XRR) driving very erratically, changing lanes, under cutting other drivers etc.
Whilst I was driving in the middle lane, your driver pulled in very closely behind me, he then changed to the left land and went to under take me.
When your drive was next to me / slightly in-front, he put on his indicator and just turned into my lane. I hooted to let him know I was next to him, which he ignored, he just kept driving into my lane. I did keep hooting which he just ignoring. At one point I noticed your driver looking at me. So he clearly knew I was there and what he was doing.
To be honest, I have no idea how your driver didnt hit me and how I didnt hit another driver due to being pushed out of my lane. Your driver just drove off without and suggestion that he was sorry for nearly hitting me.
Your driver continued down the M40, changing lanes and tailgating other drivers.
I have left this review as I have reached out to Loomis 3 times about the incident and they cannot be bothered to respond.
I do hope this was a once off incident, but please be careful when driving around their vans

This is the worst experience
This is the worst experience ever.
The machine took my Visa card without any reason - I checked with my bank and they couldn't give one either - everything was fine. Now I'm standing with extra expenses and Loomis will not pay for there fault. Keep away from the company - they won't stand up for there responsibility.
