I would rate it 0 but there is no option for that. Ordered a coat for my granddaughter. The coat advertised was not the same as received. The fur trim had a huge gap in it over the head and a zip was there instead (why would you want a zip going over your head?). Also had a white mark on it. Tried to return it but the company would not pay postage and after an extremely long exchange of emails and even involving my bank I lost my claim. Lesson learned - use a credit card. Plus never use this company again. I would warn any prospective purchaser to look elsewhere. The company say they adhere to UK Consumer Law which reassured me when I purchased the coat but obviously do not from my experience. Do not purchase from them. I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what I did!

If I could give no stars I would! Ordered a coat on 27/12/25 and STILL not been delivered. Asked for a full refund after NUMEROUS emails and fobbed off every step of the way. Apparently they can’t refund as item is still in transit but can’t give me a tracking number. Website now says that the brand is waiting to be launched so obviously some sort of scam going on. DO NOT use this company as they are not trustworthy. AVOID, AVAIOD, AVOID!!!

The company is bad ordered a coat when it came. The stiching was coming away and the fur in said fibres of fur where all over my top when I tried it on. Tried to send back but told me to keep it and offered me discount on my next order. When I eventually returned it. It cost me 25 pounds to send back at tge post office. Still waiting on the refund 😒. Don't bother with this company everything is from china

Never received item ordered in December. Customer service useless.

Excellent customer service from Charlotte. Ordered single button blazer pre Xmas order ended up in junk mail. This was exchanged for larger size and managed to order a 2nd unwanted one. All sorted by Charlotte without quibble.
Only slight criticism is they arrived quite creased and wonder whether they could be packaged differently.

Bought a coat for my daughter early january took ages to come. Daughter doesn’t like so messaged on how to return, not great, they offer u so much % of other products & to keep garments as they put u off from sending back due to costs. Bit annoyed really ill never irder from hear again. Cannot fault customer service though as they get back to u straight away

These are sharp traders - substandard goods, sellers unwilling to accept returns, returns expected to be posted to China. Don't buy from these sharks. I bought £60 worth of fleece jackets - very badly made - for which I'm trying to get my money back.
5.2.26 update - no hope of getting money back due to me not checking their returns policy which states that you have to enquire about returns at their stated email address - not permitted in this review - where they will tell you to return at your own cost to China.
I rang UK Trading Standards about this today but I have no case because their T&T don't quote UK law Buyer beware etc ...

SCAM WEBSITE - I would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered coat for my daughter, when it eventually arrived it looked nothing like the photo. Entered a long chain of emails with a cheery bot called Charlotte, who offered me 10% then 25% then 30% refund or ‘store credit’ for 50% value with no return. When I insisted I wanted to return it and quoted their policy of a full refund including return shipping costs for items which are faulty or incorrect (this was both, it was very poor quality and not as described) they refused saying they had reviewed the photos I sent and it was the item I ordered and I could return it at my own cost to a random address in China (and would have to be tracked delivery). I have given up with them and am now pursuing a refund via my bank. The cost was advertised as £65 reduced from £120, what I received was barely worth 65p!

Zero star. Scam site. I have had same experience as other reviewers. Coat arrived but quality was shocking and looked nothing like the pictures which they have obviously copied from elsewhere. I’m sure my emails to customer services are answered by a bot/a series of made up emails. So gutted as this was a coat my daughter chose. Next step is to see if the bank can assist. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Similar experience to others on here ,never received goods then advised out of stock after waiting nearly 30 days and attempted to fob me off with a store credit.

I have asked for full refund but not hopeful, i am more likely to pursue chargeback via my bank

a very poor quality product despite the prices. My wife ordered two high-neck fleece tops costing £34.95 each, though the website stated these are usually £75. Both items arrived but are extremely lightweight, of poor quality and worth at most £10 each but not a penny more. The Loucelia website shows that returns are possible but only if the item is defective or not as described. Despite our unhappiness with the quality it seems we have no grounds to get a refund.
Our advice is to avoid this company.

what a complete scam. i waited over 2 weeks and when it finally came it wasnt even what i ordered please just save your money and dont order from them

Fake website. No item has arrived. Speaking to the bank to get my money back
