My 2 dental assistant's needed loupes. They wanted flip ups to get out of way when not needed. I ordered 2 pair. Both assistants needed prescription lenses. That was an option for these loupes for $99. When we received the loupes they did not replace the lenses in the frames with prescription lenses. They placed what they later told me were "inserts" into the inside of the glasses. Looked cheap as could be. Not only will they be hard to clean 4 pair of lenses, keep 4 pair of lenses from fogging up, but they also rubbed against your eyelashes. So every blink your eyelashes rub against them. Called to get this straightened out. They offer NO flip up loupes with prescriptions in the glass. Kept me on the phone 3 times for 30-40 minutes talking about assistants should wear contacts, these are not magnified for use by dental assistants. NO REFUNDS. Their videos state 30 day money back guarantee. Their website states 30 day risk free money back guarantee on everything. All lies. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. TOTAL SCAMMERS.

If I have to give 0 star, I would. I ordered the wrong battery for my loupe, I returned the battery with USPS. I sent it in with regular mail and I don't have the tracking number. I called customer service. They said they don't open the incoming mail. They said until they received the returned battery before they send a replacement. Last week, I received the ripped package with no battery inside. I called them to ask and they said that was for replacement battery. I told them about no battery was inside the package due to mis-handle from the usps. They seem like does not want to replace....
Second, I placed another order the extra batteries. Its been a almost a month and they have not release my batteries. Bad customer service...

I had an extremely negative experience with Schultz Loupes/loupedirect.com. I purchased a pair of Dental Loupes Feather Flip-Up 2.0x. The field of view was poor due to the oculars being mounted far from my eyes. When I tried to return them, I was told they were not returnable, even though it does not say this on the website for the product. I will dispute the charge with my credit company.

NOTE: This webstore is also CaGlasses and legitimate reviews state it is fraudulent. BUYER BEWARE. Positive reviews seem falsified. Negative reviews accurate.

worst ,never use them, broken 3 times within 2 month, customer service don't respond for 1,5 month,pay a little more for better quality with another company, avoid Shultz

Very Poor quality . I don't recommend it at all.
After using for one year the loupe came of the lense and when I contacted them they wanted me to pay almost the same 40% of its original price to get it fixed. Although it came off without any form of trauma.

The loupes take forever to be made, and the service is really bad. They lie to you every time you call and ask about your order.

Ok there was a little mixup about replacing my broken loupes but Roger Jon came to the rescue and made it all correct. I now have a new replacement which will be sent to a clinic in Botswana. Thank you Roger and thank you Schultz for helping me with this problem. You have been great. Sincerely Dr S

I ordered my loupes with them and they came in pretty quickly. The lenses were clear right to the edge. They were not heavy and I am very satified with the price I paid. Would buy again.

This is the absolute WORST company I have ever dealt with!! They offer a trial period when you purchase their loupes however, when you need to send them back, they completely fall off the face of the Earth!! They will not answer emails, phone calls or even texts. I was sent the wrong frames entirely. I am STILL waiting for my refund, some 30 days later and it is over $800. I will now have to to involve legal counsel and the whole thing is just a nightmare. I would never, ever advise trading with this company! Pitiful!

Horrible experience with the company!! Slow delivery. Batteries all failed in less than a year. No one at the company willing to speak honestly about the product and timing of delivery or replacement of failed product. Terrible customer service and relations.

Addendum: I received the replacement batteries 10 days later and they forgot to send the charger for them. Useless until a new charger arrives in another 10 days.

They need a very long time to answer the Emails.

Spent About 3 months sending my loupes back and forth because the angulation of the lenses were off And they couldn’t get it right. (My pupilar distance was measured by an optometrist) Hours on the phone w a tech. I’ve never had issues w custom loupe purchases before. I finally gave up and asked for a refund, which they agreed to. It’s been about 9 months and at this point they don’t reply to my emails. Maybe they are out of business?? Yes, they are much cheaper but this experience has been a nightmare and I still don’t have a pair of loupes.

Update: still no refund after confirming they received the product back in great condition. Reported them to BBB and Attorney Generals office. I’m out $1500+ and I have no loupes. DO NOT BUY From this company!!! You are warned!

My loupe light came detached because I over tightened the screw for the light. Sent them in and they repaired them and even sent me brand new loupes!! Amazing .. did I say Amazing!!!?? Customer service. Soooo happy!! Ty Roger and everyone who got them back to me sooo fast and Superior customer service!! Y’all are outstanding!!! I’d rate you higher than a 5!!!! Tytyty. Very happyyyyyy!!!

I bought several dental loupes for my charity all for donation to clinics in Africa. The loupes were brand new but broken and not repairable. The company would not replace them since I had group purchased them a year ago even though they were never used and still in the original box. The loupes I bought were not very sturdy and made of cheap plastic and this was probably the reason they broke in the first place. I will never buy from this company ever again and they just bought a lifetime of bad publicity.
