Do not order off these scammers. After numerous emails back and forth for over a year I never received my order. As many others have said they take your money. Send friendly it's on the way emails but nothing arrives. How they are still able to advertise is beyond me. Scumbags.

Non ho mai ricevuto la merce sono stata imbrogliata. Ho mandato diverse email per tutta risposta mi hanno detto che c’erano problemi con gli ordini. Poi hanno smesso di rispondere.
Dopo sette mesi i problemi non sono stati risolti. Io mi sono sentita derubata.
Sicuramente non consiglierei questa azienda a una persona amica

Primero no encontraban la orden.
Luego de 10 días en contre un mail en correo no deseado que a la orden estaba embarcada.
Pagué mí tarjeta
Realizando el seguimiento, la última info fue que el 6/9 la dejaron en un buzón.
Reclamé, primero me dijeron que la mercadería estaba en vuelo
Después de vos. Reclamos, me dijeron que iba a ser indemnizda por la empresa de logistica el que les falló.
Continuo mí reclamo.

This is a scam. Paid for order but never delivered. When I sent them an email, it came back that the email address doesn't exists.

I placed an order on 1/9/25 for some jewellery, but it still has not arrived ??
Can’t get through to anyone

I made a purchase on July 29th, 2025. I also received repeated emails that my order was in transit. I also saw where it had been delivered when in fact it has not been delivered as of today September 17th 2025. I have repeatedly tried to contact this company to receive a refund of my money and as of yet have received nothing. Do not order anything from this company because it is definitely a SCAM!

I ordered on August 3, 2025, and my order was worth approximately €28.28. They provided me with a tracking number and said it was delivered on August 30. Nothing ever arrived. I then sent multiple emails requesting proof of delivery, but they responded repeatedly, stalling for time with generic and unreliable responses: - first, the package was already delivered.
- then: the package is still "in transfer station."
- Clear contradiction → Inconsistent tracking and responses.
Today, they say I should wait patiently and the package will definitely arrive, when in fact the tracking always shows it as delivered on August 30. This is inconsistent and works in their favor by extending the delivery time. Today, since I already have all the proof (tracking showing "delivered" and package never received + contradictory responses), I'm filing an official complaint with the bank, hoping to get a refund. Never order anything from Lovers. Worst online shopping experience of my life. I'm just wasting my time and money. Horrible.

Total scam. China can go suck a penis. Never delivered. I hate companies that do this. Just why??? Humans suck.

I have ordered on the 6 th of may and my order was worth around AUD 65. They have given a tracking number and stated it was delivered on 31 of May. Nothing was ever delivered. Then when I emailed and requested a refund they kept on saying they will refund and they never did. Its a total forge. Do not ever order any thing from lovers sale. Worst experience of ordering online in my life. Just loosing money. Horrible.

I ordered and to date I have not received anything. If it cost me 25 to know to never do business with your company again MONEY WELL SPENT. Awful

I ordered product from a company with a different name, but this was the company that took money out of my checking account on 6-16; $40.13 for the order and and additional $1.20 for an "international processing fee". When I began questioning where my order was, I started getting replies from a company with Chinese characters offering excuse after excuse as to why my order wasn't here and promising that it would be delivered. Still haven't received any product or any money refunded, so will be filing complaint with my bank, as well as IC3 for fraudulent internet business practices. Total scam.

Placed order totaling $35. 1st order said delivered to my post office. They didn't have it. Found an actual person to email and she answered. Apologized & had order resent. Took 6 days, tracking site said delivered to PO and the tracking # doesn't work in their system. Emailed the person again who apologized and said they'll refund the money. I really wanted the items and they were very pretty clothes. While I got nothing they did respond each time I emailed them. Very disappointed.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! IT IS A SCAM, THEY TOLD ME 1ST SHIPMENT GOT LOST IN THE MAIL SO THEY SENT A SHIPMENT AGAIN, 24 DAYS LATER THE TRACKING INFO SAYS DELIVERED BUT GOT NOTHING, SO I NOW HAVE TO CONTACT PAYPAL TO GET MY MONEY BACK!

I placed two orders, but I never received them. When I went on their website to check on my orders, it said no orders exist! I feel like an idiot for ordering in the first place! I am requesting a full refund, or I am contacting The Business Bureau to have this company shut down and charges brought against them!

I wish I read all these comments…Before placing my order. It's a huge scam. Please beware of it. I ordered mine in April. First order got lost in transit they said. So they resent the parcel. Second tracking number says its been delivered . I haven't got any parcel yet. Going to report to PayPal.
