Single mom. Spent almost $500 on the necklace and charm bracelet (gold) collab with Kendra Scott for my daughter for Christmas.
She wore it maybe a handful of times and it’s silver all over and gold in places. Not worth $20. Kendra Scott said it was a love shack fancy issue since I bought thru LSF. Contacted them and they said there is nothing they can do. Bracelet didn’t last 6 months for almost $200. What a joke. Luxury brand lacking luxury integrity. Never again.

Terrible experience both times ordering from Love Shack Fancy. First item never arrived and they refunded me after several weeks. Second item still has not been shipped in over a week. Will never order from them again.

abysmal customer service. my son ordered me a pair of hunter boots about a month ago that did not come with the dust bag. he’s emailed SEVERAL times to no avail. pitiful. i would NOT recommend doing business with this company unless you have a high tolerance for incompetence. and to make matters worse, i am certain the company is aware of these negative reviews and STILL do not reach out to their customers. lesson learned- be careful who you do business with because some companies, like lsf, DO NOT NEED YOUR MONEY and it shows in how they treat the people who earn them their paychecks. absolutely pathetic.

I really wanted to love the brand, which makes this experience even more disappointing.

The metal hooks on my Heirloom Print Fabric Hangers arrived almost entirely black and damaged. They’re supposed to be seamless and gold. I contacted customer service immediately and sent detailed photos.

The communication was horrible and interest in sendings me hangers that looked like they do on on the website / social media was 0. Also no interest in offering a refund to heavily damaged items. I payed 95$ +shipping for this!

Upon contacting customer support they first said this condition was “not typical” and „not what they strive for“ and that my issue would be reviewed. Shortly afterwards, I was told the discoloration could occur “over time and with use”—even though the product had arrived that way and had never been used.

After several emails, a formal follow-up, and giving the company a reasonable deadline, I never received further response again. It’s been weeks now.

At this point I have contacted Shopify, my bank, econsumer.gov and the FTC because I simply ran out of ways to resolve the issue directly with the company and I don’t accept paying 95$ for damaged goods.

It’s disappointing that a premium brand offers customer service like this. I wasn’t looking for an argument—I was simply hoping for a fair and professional solution.

Do not order from them online or you’re screwed once there is an issue. Go to the stores if you can and see the items for yourself. Don’t go the online route.

Terrible product and customer service. Bought the new phone case with target collab on July 17th I have barely used this case and have not put it in any pockets or purses. I take care of my things. For $70 and it’s already discolored. Even told them not asking for a return or refund and they didn’t even care. Don’t waste your money or time with them.

I tried to avoid writing a negative review here by putting an honest assessment on the LSF website. That was about a month ago and they have not posted my review. So, I will say this here.

The reason I bought something from this vendor is because of its reputation for having high end, high quality, unique items. Perhaps that is true of the bricks and mortar stores, I don't know. However, the online branch leaves something to be desired.

This is a strange event. I saw an expensive, intricate lace trimmed blouse on the site and ordered it. The item that came was substantially different and lacked the trim details and shaping that made the blouse desirable. They had a "no returns" policy but I contacted their customer service, got a quick response, and an agreement to partially refund my money. However, this is not the only strange aspect of this experience.

They continue to show the blouse that I thought I was getting on their website. When I had asked why they sent something different, I was told the one shown on the website was a sample and the actual inventory was from a different version of the blouse. Why then do they continue to show that "sample" blouse on the site, which is unavailable?

The blouse in question is the Aralina silk blouse in ivory. My review is still not posted and this is still the sample version, not the one they have in inventory.

As a result, I would not shop on their website in the future. The only way to know what you are getting is to visit their bricks and mortar stores.

Very disappointing and frankly, baffling.

Terrible, terrible customer service. I will not be shopping with them again, and I am a long time shopper. Their site glitched and added an XXS to my cart instead of an XL and that is what was ordered. My fault for not double checking, but I went back and did the cart add again once noticing and it in fact added an XXS again despite XL 100% being selected. I emailed within moments of the order being placed to update the size, no apparently couldn't do that. Fine. I asked for simply a code for free shipping to not pay $10 for shipping AGAIN on one tank top. Nope, apparently can't do that either. Terrible customer service.

I wish I had come here and read the reviews before purchasing. I paid for the $20 gift wrapping service thinking it would come with the pretty pink wrapping as displayed in the photo on their website but nope not even close. I am livid that I was even charged for some sh*t like this it clearly should’ve been free. Other than that delivery was fast. This took away some of my excitement especially because this was an early birthday gift to myself.

My whole bedroom is LoveShackFancy and I love it. If you like beautiful elegant things its perfect for you. All the reveiws are bad on here but thats just the only people who dont like it because the people who love it dont think to write reveiws! I just got back from the store and they were so kind! They exellent custimer survice and everything is amazing quality and just because a few people who had a bed experience with them doesnt mean you will too! Dont listen to them their trying to tear you down and if coquette elegant clean girl is your style, its perfect and make sure to look at the pottery barn room collection because its so cute!

Very bad policy with regard to price adjusting. my item price went down a lot before I ever received my package, which I still not have received, and they refused to honor a price adjustment, even though my item is still in stock in my size. Who does that??? I for one, will not be shopping with them again or be buying any of their products. There are too many other good options out there. Bad move. Honestly, I wasn’t shocked to see how many bad reviews they have.

Gorgeous pieces, but extremely overpriced for what they are worth. Also customer service- does anybody actually work here? Every time I have an issue with my order, I email, I call, I Instagram message. Nobody ever gets back to me when I call and leave a message. It’ll be weeks before I get in touch with someone. Also they are very unforgiving. When I have had issues with my order, for instance, when I placed an order by accident and got the size wrong and I wanted to change it. They said it was finalized and I couldn’t change my mind anymore. I’m not going to buy from this place anymore not worth the stress.

Myself and daughter visited the Notting hill shop on Tuesday 20th January.
The doorman was pleasant. I went in excitedly to see all the lovely items.
As I approached 2 female workers I went to smile and say Hi. They didn’t look at us, looked at each other with a look that instantly felt like we were being judged and back in a high school encountering some mean girls.
We were in London a few days and visited lots of lovely shops and restaurants. This one stands out for all the wrong reasons.
I then looked at reviews online. I noticed one saying she felt cause she wasn’t white and carrying a designer bag you are looked down on. Well they aren’t racist, they are just damn well rude stuck up mean girls in that shop. Myself and daughter are white and were carrying designer bags.
We didn’t fit with the look they wanted.
We turn a u turn and walked out.
It now puts me off stepping into another love shack fancy shop.
Really, do better!!!! I wished I had picked these young girls up on this.

They will not return emails and if you try to call they send you to voice mail. It’s been weeks and I still cannot get in touch with them about an incorrect order on their part. Terrible service.

I am very disappointed with my experience with LoveShackFancy. After placing a fully paid order, I was mis-informed by customer service about fragrance shipping and UK availability. When I raised this formally, I was promised a “goodwill gesture” and escalation to management - but after more than a week, I have not received a single follow-up, update, or apology from senior staff. Instead, I was sent incorrect tracking information for an unrelated order and left waiting.

This is not acceptable for a brand of their standing. The repeated broken promises, lack of communication, and misleading information caused unnecessary stress — particularly as the order was for my daughter, who was excited based on their online promotions.

I urge anyone reading this: be very cautious before placing an international order. Until LoveShackFancy improves their responsiveness and transparency, I cannot recommend them

I ordered a dress clicked medium xx small came up as confirmed I called right away they said nothing they can do. Will never shop there again

I spent months waiting for a very expensive two-piece set from the Resort collection. It finally came in stock and I ordered the skirt (cost $995) as soon as it hit the website. It quickly sold out. Meanwhile I receive my package and it contains two children’s plaid skirts. A completely wrong item. Granted, CS did resolve the issue BUT I had to return the erroneous items and wait for LSF to receive those before they will issue the refund. No attempt by them to locate the actual skirt that I wanted so badly in any of their stores. Just a “sorry it’s sold out.” Really very disappointed in the incompetence at their warehouse facility and the red tape I have to go through to fix THEIR mistake.

The prices are insane for styles and designs that are available at a fraction of the cost. It is humiliating that they would take advantage of our younger people and take their hard-earned money. It's insane -

WORST COMPANY EVER - I’ve spent thousands at LoveShackFancy over the years, but this has been the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. My order arrived half-opened, poorly sealed with one flimsy strip of tape, and covered in huge “LoveShackFancy” branding — practically begging to be tampered with. The cooler I paid for was missing, the claw clip was broken, and when I tried to get help, they ignored my calls and emails multiple times before finally replying.

Their “solution” was to promise a replacement claw clip, yet three weeks later it still says “being prepared.” As for the missing cooler, they flat out refused to replace it, trying to blame me for not buying “shipping protection.” That is disgraceful — it’s the retailer’s responsibility to deliver the order, not push blame onto FedEx or third parties.

This brand markets itself as luxury but delivers cheap packaging, missing items, and customer service that vanishes when there’s a problem. I’ll be filing a chargeback with my bank and warning others: don’t waste your money on a company that takes your cash, ships incomplete orders, and then ignores you
