Fast,efficient service and glasses are lovely quality.

The Candles supplied were not those advertised, received an inferior brand with shorter life/light time, Bolsius were the brand advertised parallel sided dining candles not the Tapered ones I received!

My order was incomplete and I didn't get a replacement.

I ordered a cocktail shaker but when it arrived it was missing the lid. I contacted customer service including a photo but they asked for a picture of the empty box (which I didn't have anymore). Never heard back from them. Poor service.

Order delayed for few days, but overall I'm a very happy customer.

Sorry to advise this rating but the delivery did not arrive as promised and when it eventually did some letters were missing

Wouldn’t order from love tiki again. Took about 12 days to arrive. A bit long for foodstuff in my opinion.

only 1 item arrived (late) still waiting on the other- 6 weeks later, paid for next day, I have been promised a refund and delivery of my item, but still waiting after chasing 3 times.
