Fabulous customer service! our salon Beautiful Nails & Body Salon in Crawley have been using this company for years and couldn't fault them.

We often have a lot of guests visiting our home and they too, LOVE this water.

With the awful hard, limescaley water in our area - LoveWater is a no brainer for us: Pure, filtered, natural spring water from Blenheim Palace delivered directly to our home, each month, in 11litre bottles.

Tastes brilliant, so we stay wonderfully hydrated AND so much cheaper (and better for the environment) than buying bottled water from the shops.

While there have been some hiccups. Overall customer service has been very good, callouts to check or replace rented coolers have also provided excellent service. Good value for money, really helps me stay hydrated as I am very funny about temperature and flavour of water..

We have been using this service since August 2024. We love the water, it tastes very crisp and clean. The price and quality of their products can't be beat!

They have a no fee delivery every month that works perfectly with our schedule. Their customer service is fast and efficient. The drivers are very nice and always asking if they can bring our full water bottles inside.
