False Advertising, Rude Staff, and Shocking Customer Service â Avoid at All Costs!
I created an account with Lowcostletterbox today and selected their Free Company Formation with Annual Plan, which boldly claims:
âSave £79! From £68.00/month + VAT.â
However, after signing up, I was asked to pay £150 upfront, only to then be told the £68/month rate only applies to the annual subscription. Instead, they demanded £85/month + VAT for monthly billing â which was not clearly disclosed in their advertising.
I would have accepted the clarification had it been handled professionally. Unfortunately, the team I dealt with was incredibly rude, dismissive, and outright impudent. Their so-called âmanagerâ could barely speak English clearly and was brazen and condescending when I raised my concerns about misleading advertising.
This is NOT how you treat customersâespecially those trusting you with company formation and sensitive business communication.
False advertising, zero professionalism, and terrible customer service.
Stay away from this company â I genuinely regret wasting my time and money.

I asked them for help via Whatsapp, only to be constantly ignored.
I called them, and they knowledge my constant messages via Whatsapp by some Indian woman shouting through the phone, but refused to help over the phone. They said they would reply, but no response.
Then moments later, they call my phone 2984589 times, ignore my messages and refuse to leave a voicemail.
Pricing isnt clear. There are service fees, deposits, unclear instructions. It seems nobody is able to assist with real answers. It's like the owner left his wife in charge and she has no idea what she is doing. THAT is what dealing with this business feels like.
I just wanted information on their services as I have seen reports that HMRC dont allow these addresses from lowcostletterbox. It was a VERY SIMPLE request and it turned into a disaster.
