books arrived sooner than expected and in perfect condition. There was one title missing but this was promptly and very kindly resolved by customer service. Absolutely perfect!

Great prices for children’s books. I am taking books to a school overseas and the set of Julia Donaldson Phonics books are a fantastic purchase. The Usborne sets of Science books will be a real hit at the school as well. The books I have ordered from them always arrive quickly and without any problems. 👍🏻

Worst customer service.
The advertise they ship to the EU but cannot be bothered to correct paperwork to get the items through customs, no response on repeated messages to them. And then when they received the packages back, I had to chase them for my refund and they did not fully refund me. Dont buy from them, its not worth it

We ordered on e bay two diabetes books. A delivery arrived but it only contained one book. We fed back that info to lowplex books but all they say is we have confirmation delivery was made. It was but for only one book. !!! Asked them again and 5 days later no response. E bay now involved to get us a refund.

I'd not heard of this company until last week so was a little dubious about ordering from them but all was well. Not only were they cheaper than Amazon but also speedy delivery and well packaged. Will definitely use them again

I had never used this company (or heard of them) but I managed to find all 13 books of a series for my husband for an unbeatable price - same price on amazon only got me 6 books of the 13.

Quick and hazzle free delivery even to Europe. Received the packet in 3 days after placing the order. The packaging was good and the books arrived in very good condition. Great option for buyers from Germany when we have no good option for purchasing English books. Payment option in Euro through PayPal makes it really easy for the customer. Amazing offers on book sets.

Order taken and paid for 3-5day delivery, order never came on expected dates, checked into see what was happening to find 1 week later the book set hadn't even left the shop. Order cancelled and refunded, but still no follow through to find out why the order was withdrawn not very good customer service to me.
