Engaging LP Construction was a deeply frustrating experience. The project suffered from major delays, disorganization, and poor site management. Requests for progress updates were consistent ignored once issues arose. The lack of transparency and accountability is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend their services.

LP Construction failed to deliver on basic quality standards. The overall workmanship was poor, requiring costly rectifications, and project oversight was practically non-existent. Furthermore, we were hit with unexplained cost overruns that were never clearly justified. Save yourself the stress and hire a more reliable contractor

We worked with LP to complete a very simple job, eventually the work was completed but to a poor standard, leaving us with additional costs to fix. Do not recommend. Unresponsive, lack of quality work causing multiple issues. Lack of care and attention.

Currently LP are ignoring multiple contact requests to settle the matter via debt recovery agency and the court which has been going on 8 months.

Avoid.

Overall really happy with Laith and the work he did. Great communication throughout and was quick to respond to any topic. Laith managed the build and did a lot of the work himself which meant that the overall quality was really good. He also focused on one job so meant that all is focus was on completing ours before went onto the next. As a result he finished the work quicker than expected. The overall structure, bricks, roof, plastering, electrics were all excellent. Some of the finishing touches at end were a little rushed but overall super happy with the result and would definitely recommend. He also made sure the outside was tidy and sorted out the front garden. His quote was competitive and extras were reasonably priced and fitted in. We asked LPC to build a base for our new garage.

They came in on budget and was on time and clean and tidy

Did a quick and tidy job rebuilding the wall outside my house. Laith finished knocking it down and rebuilding in under a day. Price was very reasonable too. Would highly recommend if you need some brickwork done.

Always working with his skilled team, skilled for any type of jobs needed. Electrician, plumbing, plaster, bricks, roof. I did not think about anything. Laith made my problem his problems and sorted them. On time every day, comunicating progres of job promptly.
Cleaning every day after finished for the day. Good comunication. Week day, weekend, any time he was ready to answer my queries and give me suggestiona.
I would raccomand for small or big jobs.

I employed L P construction to build my new extension in July 2025 he was here every day and was fully engaged in my project. We were worked well together as I was project managing the work any small issues were talked through and resolved. My project had Full Planning Permission and Building Control all regulations were complied with and my project has been signed off. I have left a revue on My Builder any prospective customers of Laith can come and have a look at the finished project.
