1 Star is an exaggeration- should be minus stars if there was an option. Absolute joke of a company !!!! Booked me in. I Messaged them all week to confirm & then they don’t show up. One excuse after the other. Bunch of cowboys. Please stay away at all costs. Proper mess you about.

Can I just say what great service I recieved from this company,I was out of the country when I bid on one of their auctions,they were kind enough to keep it safe until my return and then dispatch it to me,it was an expensive and fragile item and the packing was superb,very very helpful group of people,thanks again.

I have been dealing with the interiors/ antiques auctioneer side of things in Bury St Edmunds and they are great, much more responsive, helpful and reliable than other auctioneers I've used.

I rented a property from Lacy Scott & Knight for a year. The property was in excellent condition, their communication was great and any issues I identified while present were dealt with in a timeframe that reflected the issue severity.

If only new agent were even half as good.
