To be clear, the Instagram site DOES indicate that returns and exchanges will ONLY be accepted if the product is defective. And they mean that. You cannot return if the item does not fit well. Even at your own shipping expense. You order it. It's yours.

I ordered a dress to wear to my son's wedding. It looked beautiful in the photo. What came was a cheap piece of garbage. The material was like that used in cheap Halloween costumes. They would not allow me to return it and offered a discount and keep the dress. I not only lost money on this dress, but I had to go out and buy a dress to wear. Luckily, I found one. I left a one star review on their page, but it was never published. They only publish positive or fake reviews.

Both dresses are beautiful! Perfect fit. Love them. True to size.

The company advertises that its clothing is made in South Carolina....false advertising. They also advertise on their website a "return / exchange" policy...also false advertising. I ordered clothing in my average sizes in U.S. made. It arrived and was considerably smaller. When I email about a return...the company tried to bargain with me and the most they would give back is 30% of what was paid and told me to keep the clothing. They admitted their address was in Dubai! Don't shop on this site!!!! Scam.

I received my order from this company. Because they claimed to have their clothing made in North Carolina, I ordered my usual U.S. size. Clothing much too small. When I contact them per return policy, they wanted to give me $22.00 and just keep the two items. Problem is I spent $89.00! This is NOT made in USA. They do not honor their own policies. Don't buy!

The dresses finally arrived. They weren't as bad as I thought they would be - based on other reviews I read, however, not what I expected when I ordered them either. I'll be taking them to a consignment store rather that going through the hassle and time to return - again, based on other reviews of folks trying to return items.

Lsoru I got several pieces of clothing and they were all of very poor quality and the fit was awful.The dress I received does not look exactly like the one in the picture that I ordered.Had to return an item for exchange and online chat with customer service was very helpful with instructions!

I would like to exchange for a larger size but can't find a way to do this. It doesn't seem possible to contact this company. Even though there is web address I cannot connect to it. Does it even exist,

Wonderful selection for

I hate that the company says they make their products in South Carolina. Not true! I like my items but hate Dishonesty.

Everything was perfect and fit wonderfully!

The quality of material is great. The workmanship is great. My area of concern is time. I placed this order in late May and didn't get it till mid July. Then you send me a message saying it shipped with a tracking number, and it doesn't get into the hands of USPS for another week. You need to work on this.

The sizing runs small but thankfully I ordered large. I love the clothes and will wear them with pride.
