After a great start with Lucidica's IT support, they persuaded us to transfer our website to their hosting platform, and this turned out to be a huge mistake! Our website back end was hacked resulting in continuous crashes and google advertising campaigns being blocked. Lucidica claimed this was a minor issue and there was no need to investigate or report. When our new IT support took over, it became apparent that not only was our website severely compromised, and therefore classified as a 'scam website' with traffic being re-directed so that prospects would not get the chance to land on our website, but our overall cyber security rating was the lowest they'd ever seen, despite our investment in additional security solutions. When all is well Lucidica are a pleasure to work with, in a crisis they do not have the competence to investigate, diagnose, and report. We have since submitted an NCSC report relating to the website hack (which lost us an estimated £230k in revenue), and been advised to report the matter to the police. Lucidica remain nonchalant about the matter and have not extended an apology, let alone compensation.

I've been working with Lucidica for over 7 years. There is absolutely no reason to even explore other options - amazing team, always fixing problems when they occur and never felt left behind on what's hot tech or important to address for our team. Keep up the good work!

We use Lucidica for IT and cyber security support. They are very responsive and helpful particularly Ali Mutlu who is always extremely helpful.

We started using Lucidica when our retail venture started in 1999, building our online presence and supporting all units, both office and stores and I am still supported by Lucidica's invaluable help today.
