Absolutely disgraceful experience
Absolutely disgraceful experience. Purchased over a month ago and no signs of my items. I have contacted the seller multiple times, only to keep being put off by her contacting Royal Mail. That was over a week ago and she hasn’t responded to my latest email, asking where my refund is. No tracking has been provided so I can only assume this is a scam. I have opened a dispute with my bank. Buy elsewhere, you won’t get what you’ve paid for.

This is my 4th order of Lucky Eleven earrings. They are excellent quality and suitable both mine and my daughter's sensitive ears. Postage is always super quick.
