This has been the absolute worst casino all around Iâve ever played at and Iâve played a lot of them. They false advertise as an instant withdrawal casino but they clearly arenât. I made several withdrawals only which 2 of them were paid for a small 25$ which showed up a couple hours later so I was like ok cool. when I went to make a bigger withdrawal of 954$ which still hasnât showed up and iâve tried getting help from their customer service. Who just give you the runaround in the same premade responses and close the chat on you. If the two small withdrawals that I made were paid out and in my crypto wallet within a couple hours, the same should be with the $954 withdrawal which was approved supposedly several hours after I initiated it. Itâs now been several days and they keep telling me to be patient and if it doesnât show up after five days to let them know well heck if it didnât show up after a few hours, itâs never showing up. Iâve played at a lot of different instant withdrawal casinos, and never have I came across one as sketchy as luckyrollers. I contacted them several times asking them to look into the first withdrawal I made for $134 which because how complicated their withdrawal pages set up I had given a solana receive address for usdt currency that never showed up and am still trying to get help with. They have absolutely no problem taking your money when you make a deposit but if you win, which I did, I had one almost 5K but that doesnât mean anything because they havenât paid you canât get any help at all. If you asked to talk to a manager, good luck all day have our premade responses apologizing for everything. Iâm not sure if itâs bots. Iâm chatting with or an actual person. Either way they donât wanna help you. I had hopes that because I rose to level three in my account status and it shows that level three are supposed to have a VIP manager when I confronted them and ask them saying hey Iâm supposed to have a VIP manager they asked for a screenshot showing my Level. I gave them all the proof which they should already know. And they just told me that Iâm not a level three Iâm a level two in their system, but in the screenshot Iâm halfway through level three. Anything Iâve ever gone to the chat for has been nothing more than a spike in my blood pressure because they donât know how to do anything other than give you the runaround and premade responses. I hope as many people can see this as possible so they know do not waste your money on this casino. They will not pay you out. You might get away with it if youâre betting or depositing five or $10 and cashing out with 50 but anything more than that good luck. There are several good instant withdrawal casinos, and this is definitely not one of them. After reaching out to them for the fifth time about why I havenât received my withdrawal and why they havenât looked into the $134 withdrawal which they approved to go to a receive address that wasnât even the same cryptocurrency as what I was withdrawing. Donât advertise as an instant withdrawal casino and then when a player goes to make a withdrawal and asks where theyâre withdrawal is because itâs been a day and you still havenât received it and they respond back to you and tell you to be patient and let them know after five days if you havenât received it thatâs not an instant withdrawal casino thatâs a scam. A reputable casino wouldnât treat their players like this and when you ask about your withdrawal, give you the same premade responses that it shows that your withdrawal was approved kindly wait five days. Players beware donât lose your hard earned money at a casino thatâs wonât pay you when you win. If a miracle happens and I do end up receiving the withdrawal, I will change the post and update it accordingly. It doesnât change everything that Iâve gone through with their terrible customer service, but it would at write the wrongs to make a bad experience better.
