LuckyVip, regalwins, luckypants bingo, bella casino, grosvenor casino and others are all par of the same ownership. They offer crazy inviting promotions and bonuses but 2 thirds of the times they don't work. Coustomer service do all they can not to help: They first say you did not opt in to the promo. Then when you provide them with a screenshot they say "you played £9.80 instead of 10.

Also at least twice CASH money has disappeared from my account.

Really stay away!!! Rather play with the National lottery or with othe more serious casinos!!!!

Do not accept the bonus!!!! the wagering is more than the winnings and if ur lucky to get anything after a ridiculous wagering amount they take it off you! Lucky vip yea right! Avoid at all costs

The site crashes ALOT but other than that no complaints fast payout had some good wins on here

I am really disappointed with Lucky vip. I have been a very good customer (even with the site always crashing) I have enjoyed the games and the fast payouts. But I haven't been able to deposit for days now. All I get is a red box with a message.................To self-exclude from all online gambling companies licensed in Great Britain go to.... and its telling me to contact Gamestop? .... what the heck is that? I waited 20 mins for live chat although I was in position one. I tried calling.... 3 times and the shortest time I held for was 17 minutes. I eventually sent them an email and nearly 3 days later nothing. You really do need to revisit your customer service procedures! Very very disappointed

A very unstable platform, when and if you win the next thing you know 404 retry I have to keep shutting down my phone to retry again. Please get this sorted!!!!

Terrible site, keeps crashing and takes a while to reload. It seems to crash on a winning streak, crash, and by the time you get to log-on again you are back a few moves and your balance is affected. Awful customer services, unable to get any contact via telephone and the email system gives you an automated response on receipt of your email, yet never find any other responses made.

Very slow site and site tends to crash after finishing slots, and other sites pay much better on similar slots too. I don’t believe RNG is being used here. Withdrawals was quick however (within 24 hours). But surprised the site does not ask for verification upon sign up, which I tend to prefer, so there aren’t any road blocks when it comes to withdrawing large sums.

When I was playing blackjack live tables have been kicked out a few times and I lost my money. trying to contact with customer service,one hour at least waiting on the phones and half an hour to 1 hour on life chat then they said they’re gonna come back to me in 10 days.has been in months nothing happened. When I hit keep playing and it went back on to the game my free spins had disappeared. When I contacted them with my issue they offered me 10 spins at 0.10p a spin. I had hit the free spin bonus feature on dazzle me and was spinning at £20 per spin. Absolute joke of a site.

This company and its parent company needs to be struck off by the gaming commission ASAP - they won’t payout.
They refuse to payout so you just end up gambling winnings - like they aren’t worth anything and actually want to lose them so you don’t have the continued headache of chasing them up…and also feeling like you have been mugged off.

I deposited 2000 pounds and just started playing , my balance at this particular bet was 1730 , I placed bet and on 11 number I had nearly 75 pounds , my bets were rejected and 11 came!!! I never got my winning , my bet was rejected and my money was deducted the balance it showed in tht rejected was was zero , i logged out and logged in again and my balance was now 950!!! I spoke to the customer agent and he says 950 is stuck in the system can u pls resolve this ,I hv a ticke number which is SD2116861 Live chat useless!!
