Ordered a stump grinder and the customer service has been very good, they really need to change their delivery Co. Pall-ex they are awful. however the office manager did exactly what she said she would do so cannot fault them at all.

Extremely poor wood chipper that repeatedly jams with dry regular sized pieces of wood (well within the size permitted).

Customer service basically tries to blame everything on the user and doesn't acknowledge that the unit is badly designed and debris can get trapped between the blades and the openings rendering the chipper inoperable. For repairs the consumer is expected to palletize the unit and drain the oil/petrol every time it encounters the issue.

I would recommend looking elsewhere and avoid this company and their products.

I had a disappointing experience with this company. I placed an order, but they never sent the product. On top of that, I wasn’t even notified that it was out of stock—no email, no update, nothing. I had to follow up myself to find out what was going on. Poor communication and lack of customer service. I won’t be ordering from them again.
