We understand how disappointing it is to try to cancel shortly after placing your order and not receive a response before it was already processed for shipping. While our support team does aim to respond as quickly as possible, orders can sometimes move into fulfillment very shortly after they are placed, which can make cancellation difficult once processing begins.

We weren’t able to locate any previous support inquiries linked to your account regarding the Lumen Pro. That said, we absolutely want to look into this for you and help resolve it.

The Lumen Pro was offered during a pre-sale phase and has not yet been released to the general public, which is why it is no longer being actively advertised at this time.

Thank you for your message, and we apologize for this experience.

To clarify, deleting your Lumen profile is not the same as canceling your membership. To stop renewal billing, the membership must be canceled either within the Lumen app or by contacting support. Once the cancellation is completed, a confirmation email is automatically sent.

That said, this is not the experience we want for our customers, and we apologize for the lack of clarity and consistency in communication. Unfortunately, we cannot locate your contact details using the information provided on TrustPilot. We have submitted a request for your information and look forward to speaking with you regarding the membership charge and offer.
