I've been Luminor customer since 2020. In general I'm quite happy with the bank and services that it provides. Never actually had any problem with online payments even though I'm doing them on a regular basis or any other services that bank provides.
In addition, Luminor actually offered me the lowest interest rates for my mortgage.
Luminor recently indrotuced instant payments which helps me a lot in daily banking because now I can receive and send money quicklt
It's incredible frustrating to deal with this bank, I really regret registering my account with Luminor, this so far the most unprofessional banks I've ever used, moreover there are a monthly charges for keeping your monies, and in returns you get vain security services, literally the customer services told me, that the only security way to prove my identity is calling from my phone's number which is registered on the system, neither sending your passports id document or any related documents works for them, instead either you call from number you had registered or you go to their branch, and in case if you are in a foreign country and lost your phone, then you are doomed, forget about accessing your monies, one word - horrible, I will withdraw all my money as soon as I have an access to this account.
