I have not received my order. It has been over one weeks. The customer service has not responded to my email. I was only asking for a status of my order.

They don’t have any email address of phone number that you can contact customer service on their website. I had to go through their Facebook page to get a customer service email address.

This is probably the worst experience I have from Australian online store. I will not recommend anyone to buy from this place.

I ordered $1700 worth of clothes on sale for $340. I received the clothes very quickly and all were packaged nicely.
I'm blown away at thr quality of the clothes. I love every piece I have bought. I'm not sure why there are more bad reviews than good on here. But my experience has been great. Highly recommend.

Totally legit sale. Great products. All same quality as when I bought items from them for full price year or so ago very worth while. I’ve now ordered 3 orders in this sale and haven’t been disappointed. Oh and got a response from customer service within 3 days of emailing.

So happy that I've found this brand. Quality worth much more than they are selling for. I have around 20 different items from this shop and very very happy with every purchase. Also it comes very fast and nicely packed. Price is shocking but it's really great quality. I can recommend especially seamless leggings and tops - feels good and long lasting. People always asking me from wear I've got such a beautiful activewear.

I thought the website pricing was to good to be true. For a company to discount their clothing by this much, you’re going to get what you pay for. Delivery took 2 weeks and customer service was non existent. The quality of the clothing was comparable to Shein.

I don’t often leave reviews but I’m leaving this in hope that it reassures someone that this site and the clothes are legit.
I placed my order and then read reviews and had instant regret.
I received my items very shortly after ordering (quicker than expected) and anxiously opened my package. The clothes are great quality and the regret I had was not ordering more. I’ve actually been contemplating placing another order 2 weeks after my first one. Highly recommend.

I looked on trustpilot after making a recent order. I was pretty anxious that I had made a bad decision but my things arrived today and I’m very happy with them.
I chose express post and the items came to me in Brisbane QLD in about four days.
The quality is good, the size is true to size, and the packaging is nice. Actually the packaging is a bit too luxurious, each item in its own zip lock soft plastic bag with the company logo on it. I prefer compostable packaging myself.
If you are wondering if this brand is legit, or if it’s one of those scam sites where everything is always 80% off and the clothes are really only worth $20 each, you can always look on the Rebel Sport website and search L’urv there, you can see the clothes listed there at their full retail price.
It’s pretty toxic that bigger companies make so many bad reviews to sabotage smaller designers.
Hopefully this helps someone else who isn’t sure if the sale price is too good to be true

Wow! This retailer is a joke! Shame I didn’t read these reviews prior to my purchase. I am another unhappy customer. Received a garment which was worn repeatedly!! Sent images across only to be told it’s not faulty! And received appalling response from a ‘Lucia’. I had the same issue when i tried to resolve via there phone service. After waiting it hangs up. So u have to rely on untrained? people like Lucia to resolve issues?? Good luck if u still choose to purchase.

Amazing shopping experience. Great sale, confirmation of purchase, prompt delivery and items arrived exactly as per the photographs and size guide all packaged beautifully. I'm thrilled!

I bought 2 pairs of track pants. Arrived quickly and exactly what I ordered. Wouldn't pay full price but the price they cost was perfect. Completely Happy, 😊

ZERO STARS! Lurve is dishonest, misleading and downright shonky. I ordered three items online - all went into the shopping cart, so they were available, right? Two weeks later, still no delivery. Then I received an email with a refund for two of the items and no explanation as to why. I tried emailing Lurve - no response except to say that they had too many customer emails to get through. Hmmm, I wonder why... I've also tried calling countless times only to get an American voice and put on hold with inane music forever and ever until I hang up in frustration. No one ever answers because I suspect no one actually works in 'customer service'. I finally received only one item in the post, which was useless as I needed the other two items to make an outfit. According to Lurve's website, I only have 14 days to return the item for a credit and they won't give a refund. So I paid postage for only one item, which I wouldn't have ordered if I'd known the other two items weren't actually available. Well, I don't want a credit from Lurve, as I'll never order from them again. I want my money back, including for postage. I wish I'd taken the time to check out customer reviews on Trust Pilot and I'm now at a point where I'd like to report them to consumer affairs.

I order two leggings and called to get an idea of dispatch. Its 5 days later and still no email. When I called it goes straight to an American voicec message stating " we need to locate a customer service rep" and was on hold for over 10 minutes before I hung up. Based on reviews I don't think my call was ever going to be answered.

Worst online company I have ever dealt with. Order not received. Tried to call…phone disconnected. Sent two emails and not one response. This company should be closed down.

Horrible customer service.
They don't care about clients. They won't answer the phone ever, I called 10,000 times different times and days of the week even to a different number and no one answers. I emailed to all the departments and no one answered as well. A completely careless company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. AWFUL SERVICE

The most beautiful sports clothing I have ever owned. They also strike the perfect balance between being soft, comfy, and stretchy on the one hand, and really thinning / shaping on the other. I ordered this about a month ago and despite not getting replies to my inquiries from customer service and being somewhat concerned based on the reviews here about whether I’ll receive the correct sizes, how long I will wait etc, everything went really well. It took about a month to receive the order in Europe, which is pretty good considering this was over the Christmas period and they were arriving from Australia. Once they were handed over to the shipping company the process was really fast, I think it took about a few days in total for them to arrive to the UK. I ordered about 20 items (massive sale!) and there were a couple that L’urv ended up not having in stock - not ideal, but they notified me about it prior to sending my order, and refunded me for those items immediately. All in all, I’m very happy. And the clothes are so stunning!!!

Update: there were a few items I wanted to return and the customer service was very quick to assist me; got a reply on the same day.

Don’t buy anything from this brand, their clothes are disposable,I purchased 3bras and 2pants, all into the bin after one wash.

I bought those leggings for my daughter, The cutting leggings size are too small and terrible materials Lurv didn't want to refund my money so it better i take those leggings back and give them to charity.

Shocking customer service - ordered a jumper and tee using the size guide and completely off! I paid the $10 delivery and then the jumper was huge! had email convo with Robert about the sizing off - was totally rude and unhelpful - had to pay to send it back - the jumper was reduced on the website so asked if I could use the difference and that would pay for the postage but no they couldn't do anything at all - they eventually gave me a credit as didn't reply and I told them how upset I had been with the service - when I sent back the jumper I wrote a letter expecting some apology or something but nothing - really gone down hill and the quality is not great either will never order again with Lurv - really disappointing!

They advertise 20% off your order when you sign up and no discount code is sent. It’s all done they get you to sign up to receive more junk mail.
Very deceiving
