Absolutely brilliant company to deal with. My designs were bespoke and the team couldn't be more helpful. Very friendly efficient service and fantastic value for money. Exceptional communications and customer service. Stickers were very easy to apply and look stunning. Very happy with how beautiful they look and how they mute the light coming into the room.

Ordered the victorian stickers for my bay window. I found the instruction sheet straight forward and the stickers easy to apply. A second person to help is probably best, but otherwise the end result is great. Good quality film and no trouble with bubbles.

The window film worked well for us. It was for a small window overlooking the next door house and having a design made the lack of a view more bearable. It took a few minutes to work out how to peel the film off the backing but otherwise all OK.

BRILLIANT, They went beyond our expectations and what a difference the window films have made, plus a very good person who did the fitting, unfortunately I did not get his name. Still, I would truly recommend them for peace of mind, total privacy, and a very quick installation as well EXCELLENT...I may add that when the weather is dull outside during the day, the house is also dull on the inside making you want to turn the lights on which of course defeats the object because if you did you would lose the privacy from outside. But this is still FAR BETTER than what we had before, and great to be able to have full privacy

Awful product
I had a long role £125, 2 faulty lines marks across and I did get a piece replaced . Then that was it. We’d managed to do 2 small windows and a door. After finding its relatively easy to do the results after afew days had problem's. We’d got all bubbles out and kept double checking over a period of a day. Then day 3 the bubble marks appeared but then the film had dried out so it was quite stiff and unable to “ work “ the film . Contacted them twice with no reply . Unfortunately it’s a mess and will have to try and remove it and order from else where . Reviews are amazing on their web sight hence I chose their product but not so good on Trust pilot .

Instructions were good but product and visual appearance is super poor.

Absolutely shocking product been fitting windows and glass for 15 years and i brought the 80% reflective silver window film the second I rolled it out it had creases and scratches then trying to put it on was pretty impossible let alone trying to peel the backing off it don't waste your money just buy a piece of privacy glass

Brilliant customer service experience from start to to finish Delivery service dealt with promptly and the product is of very good quality.

All in all very helpful and excellent service.

just witnessed the driver of a lustalux van reg LU54 LuX throw litter out of his window passing Lancaster services

we ordered a beautiful split window old fashioned design for our cottage and it has transformed a very boring door into a stunning door, that everyone admires.
easy to put on as the correct size was sent, we are very happy with our purchase.

The communication was good whilst ordering, but since I tried to use this product on the window (over £50 for this thin vinyl) and I found it really hard to do, I asked for a refund and they never replied back. Even to say no - I find this sad and not very supportive. I'd honestly recommend you to change the glass rather than use this product. It's sadly not easy at all and I'm guessing a hard business for these guys to manage seen as they never replied once I'd asked for a refund. They were friendly before that.

Ordered a stain glass effect for an ugly window on an ex public building run by a charity. Wow! looks fantastic. We will certainly use Lustalx again. Clear instruction on how to apply the film helped. Thank you for making an ugly window look good

The gradual clearing of the mirrored window even after the time expected! Don't despair if it isn't right in the 2-4weeks!

So pleased with my purchase. Fast delivery, easy to install and great quality.

Where is my order, have been waiting some time now. I don’t think you will want to see my review. The plastic window covering I ordered was priced at £6 how come I have now paid over £40 and still have not received anything.

This is the second time I've used Lustalux always a great prompt service
The product is great only had to reorder due to our new build property needing a completely new front door

So we ordered our mirrored privact window film very easy to order and prompt delivery When it arrived clear instructions (so we thought) after spending almost 1 hour trying to remove the backing, we gave up after a couple of hours I read the instrctions again and read a statement that said some of their product dosent have the backing film Hurrah we thought followed the instructions and perfect ( over the next 24 hours it all fell off) We complained and was told "obviously you had not taken the backing film off"

But most alarmingly ( we never read the full sales pitch) in the day time you can see out no one can see in but at night time its the complete opposite
for me its a missold product !!!! wheres the privacy

I really love these panels. Very easy to fix but I must admit a bit oif elbow grease is required to get the bubbles removed. But the end result is gorgeous. The little practice piece was very helpful the order was very well packaged and came very quickly after ordering. I would definitely recommend for a problem free order

Been waiting to get my windows tinted on my caravan since March 2023. Jack finally gives me a date in August (5 months later )and they didn't turn up !!!!!.....told its next week !!!!....Jack is a cowboy!!
Don't use this company ...I'm a project engineer and if I did my role like Jack would be sacked.

Richard....facts, never received a call in March (correspondence with Jack was always via email and no message left on my phone, I never answer numbers I don't known)
Our conversation today by phone was welcome, but on speaking to my wife she thought not appropriate...so the reply I gave was appropriate. ITS BASED ON PRINCIPLE!
I am a retired fire officer who is recovering from prostate cancer and the stress your company has caused us is immeasurable.

I said I would removed my review on competition of the job not before, so my review stays.....just for clarity as well in my initial review I said I was a project engineer...this is true as I was an engineer before joining the Fire Service.
