After experiencing some problems with a section of my flooring that was laid a couple of years ago, I was put in contact with Steve Miller who resolved it within a few days. He even helped with advice and support for installation concerns that were not Luvanto’s fault. I have replacement flooring on the way. Thanks so much!

Flooring was good but needs clearer instruction and the stockist need to stock the Luvanto underlay along with the main LVT flooring. Had some issues and spent some time talking to Luvanto Technical Manager Steve Miller. Well worth the effort to get in touch with him but please be very careful combining underlay and LVT flooring - Steve is a top bloke and provides very good advice - the trick is to get that advice BEFORE you put the floor down - make sure you've got the right stuff and the right tolerances on your floor. Have dropped one star as the packaging/instructions aren't clear about the underlay requirements and it's impossible to find a stockist that stocks both the flooring and the specific underlay needed. We had issues but these were cleared up by Steve - many thanks Steve.

After filling out contact form, I was called the next day to discuss, which I thought was very efficient.
Spoke to Steve Miller, the technical guy at Luvanto and he couldn't have been more helpful in resolving my issue. He kept in contact and sorted everything so quickly and the issue wasn't even with Luvanto but a 3rd party.
He went above and beyond to come to my rescue, which was such a relief and I'm so grateful for his assistance.

I would like to personally thank Mr Steve Miller in the technical department for listening and managing to sort out the problems we had experienced to the satisfaction of all parties, also to the company itself for suggesting the compromise

Great people to deal with and went way beyond expectations with aftercare service when I had an issue with a few flooring boards coming apart!

My Luvanto Click flooring, fitted 5 years ago, started to crack. This was on one plank but then smaller cracks appeared on other planks also. I contacted the store who had supplied the flooring and filled in a complaints form but 8 weeks later after several emails/telephone calls to the store and LUVANTO Head Office l was no further forward.
Thankfully my number was passed to Steve Miller, Technical Support, who within 24 hours had arranged for new flooring to be sent out to me which was delivered within 24 hours.
Thank you Steve you are a ⭐️. So helpful and pleasant which was much appreciated after weeks of getting nowhere.

I've been installing LVT floors for over 15 years, and can honestly say Luvanto LVT floors are incredibly well made, resilient, and a fantastic price, also the sales team are incredible. Mandy Getty is fantastic at her job, and has always gone above and beyond my expectations. Well done for delivering a great brand!

I brought LVT herringbone flooring direct from B&Q shortly after installation it started to lift in multiply places and the click system would break underneath after speaking to Luvanto it was due to using the incorrect underlay that was recommended by B&Q. I filed a complaint direct with b&q who advised I speak to Luvanto. I then spoke to Steve at Luvanto who has been amazing from start to finish. Not only did he manage to get all my flooring replaced he advised me on how to stop this situation happening again.

Luvanto as a company who supply flooring are very helpful and knowledgeable on there products.
Their Sales Manager Sam Pritchard is smart and passionate about their brand. Always available on the phone if required.

We deal with Luvanto for a lot of flooring requirements, we had a minor delivery issue but was dealt with so professionally by Mandy at the office & came up with a great solution to get the goods to our customer on time so there job could be completed & everyone is happy , would recommend them to all in the industry they went above an beyond. Cant thank Michelle enough, we had an issue with a batch this was replaced and sorted so quick. Michelle's professionalism is to be commended and nothing was a bother while sorting out the issue we experienced.

Although been dealing with Luvanto for a couple of years they have just gone a step further by introducing a new futuristic display unit and with the help of Sam and Andy who have been brilliant with the display. A Big plus is how knowledgeable,helpfull all the staff are from the office staff,technical team , merchandisers and sales staff

fantastic products and service is second to none. the only flooring anyone should be fitting

I have been laying laminate flooring for 40yrs and I have never had a problem and I have used many different underlay I got the black sparkle click from LAVANTO after 5wks tram lines showed up and it looked a mess the only place there were NO tram lines is were there were no traffic bare in mind they have never sent anyone out I also found out that I am not the only one to have this problem I have done 2 rooms and a hallway I started laying this end of November 2023 .....NOW THIS IS WHAT LAVANTO SAID

I am sorry it has taken so long to respond to your complaint. After looking into this we have discovered that you have used the wrong underlay below the click flooring. The underlay you have used is laminate/wood underlay. The correct underlay is called sound barrier which is blue in colour.
On this occasion the problem is unfortunately an installation error and not a product fault.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from the after sales team. I bought over 100sq mtrs of Craftsman LVT flooring and I was a little bit short. Mandy from the customer services department was fantastic! Not only did she supply me with the bit I was short, she even went out of the way to get the batch numbers the same from the flooring I’d had previously!
An absolute pleasure to deal with and I’m forever grateful for all the help I received.

I basically had the same experience that Karen Smith reported with her review on the 25th June 2018.
I have bought vinyl Luvanto click Luxury design flooring Concrete gray.
Fitted from a specialist but vinyl is to thin and it is expanding more than expected. You need more than 5mm gap or apply some glue (the instructions doesn't suggest it) because in a warm day if you get a sunlight coming from your windows or open door after 15mins you will see some bumps appearing on your flooring. So do not buy.

Very helpful and delivery scheduled to take place in a timely manner.

Ted was amazing, with response times and sorting any questions we had.

Great customer experience. Quality of the product is as good as the top brands out there.
