Los productos que envían tras la compra son peores que los de las fotos de su web, pues son de CHINA y las devoluciones piden que se envíen a CHINA por cuenta del que compra, lo que
supone un coste superior al producto comprado.
Me llego el pedido nada que ver como en la foto mala calidad una pesima prenda 50 euros me ha costado la broma ahora pido devolucion y me dan largas y ni me contestan son unos ladrones no compreis nunca hay ,sera dinero robado 100% son timadores sin verguenzas .
NO COMPRAR EN LUZESTILO. Es un engaño!
Me llegaron unas botas defectuosas, y lejos de ofrecer una etiqueta de devolución con gastos a su cargo, me dan una dirección de China para que lo devuelva por mi cuenta y gasto sin garantía ninguna. ES MENTIRA QUE SE HACEN CARGO EN PRODUCTOS DEFECTUOSOS Y ES MENTIRA QUE ESTEN EN BREDA(NETHERLANDS) que es lo que pone en su WEB.
Mi pedido no llega. El estado sigue hace días igual. No me contestan por mail y el teléfono que tienen en la página web no conecta. Ojo! No compréis
Our greeting at reception was not as helpful as it was with other guests. Our lovely bedroom (suite) was quite noisy due to the busy traffic on the adjacent main road. The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. However, what did upset us the most was, the hotel’s tight approach to only providing courtesy mineral water on the first night (the point is that if new guests had arrived the following day, the water would have been supplied for free - why not do the same for guests staying more than one night?). It is a dog friendly hotel which was a positive for us but dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or the bar. Because of this, we chose to order room service and eat in our room - where there was a lovely separate dining/sitting room. On our first night the food was very good. On the second night the food was still good but unfortunately cold.
Having read previous reviews perhaps we developed high expectations and maybe this is why we felt disappointed with our experience.
