Engineer was running early and called me to ask if I was home which was great. Excellent service, had my gas safely back up and running the day after enquiring. Very friendly and would definitely recommend.

The Engineer, Matthew, attended promptly and was very pleasant and efficient. He left my premises spotless.

I called first thing on a Monday morning as had no hot water, the lady answering the phone was fab, got someone out within half an hour! Our first engineer, Bradley, was honest, open and very friendly. Tried a few things and then, as we expected, broke the news a new boiler was needed. 2 days later, 2 more lovely engineers were here by 8.15am, and cracked on! They were also friendly and courteous, even when the dog followed them to the van wanting to be part of the team! Left the house clean and tidy. No pushes to upgrade anything , just a bunch of honest and helpful folk. Will be setting up a boiler plan shortly! Thank you for responding so quickly and efficiently !

The whole experience was good from start to finish. The fitters arrived on time and got on with the job required. One fitter installed the boiler and the other replaced four radiators. When the job was completed they left the house clean and tidy. They were polite and courteous at all times. I thoroughly recommend this company to anyone who needs a proper job done. 10/10

As a family we have been using Lee and his team for a long time now.
The engineer Ken has always been most helpful.
My dad’s health over the last 5 years has deteriorated significantly and the team have adjusted so his calls are always managed with respect and the house left clean and tidy the team have also now started to look after our boiler after the previous guy ceased to trade.

Polite and efficient, as always. I forgot to review L W Gas after they installed my new boiler, but they were so good I have only considered them since for servicing and other CH jobs.

Outstanding, If there was a 6 on the scores, I would have given it to them.
The entire process was flawless, Lee came to my home and did the survey, he was respectful, polite and gave me various options and some great advice.
I then received a detailed quotation which I considered to be very reasonable and competitive.

The installation and setting to work of a new boiler and all of my radiators which included removal a cold water storage tank in the loft, removal of the hot water tank in the airing cupboard, new gas pipes to the boiler and a new radiator in the airing cupboard was outstanding.
The installers were polite, respectful, the workmanship was excellent, there was no mess while they were working or after they left. The entire installation was done in less than 2 days and I could not be happier with the end result and I would highly rate LW Gas

LW gas completed my original boiler install in 2019 and I’ve used them for all subsequent annual services.
Service is always very prompt and friendly.
I’ve had only one issue with the boiler since install and this was resolved the same day without charge.

L W Gas came and installed my boiler last year (great price, 0% interest on finance, and friendly service), and then carried out the first annual service this month (good price, trustworthy & efficient). I’ve been very impressed with them so far, and I’ll continue to use them for annual services going forward.
