What is going on with this company!?? 2 orders placed nearly 2 weeks ago, paid for next day delivery, still no delivery and no replies to my multiple emails. You cannot take peoples money and not fulfil orders!!!!
Used to use them all the time and never had a problem, wish I had read the reviews before ordering again.

I placed an order on 21/8/26. By 5th Sept I still hadn't received it. The money left my account as soon as I had placed the order. I didn't get an email to say it had been dispatched and after a week I emailed the company to ask for an estimated dispatch date. I received an automated reply stating I had to allow 10 days from the date of order. I have emailed again and received the same automated email with no correspondence in between. If I could give zero stars I would. There is absolutely no customer service from them. I definitely would not order from them again and would not recommend them.

Ordered labels towards end of July as they were needed beginning of August and it was meant to be a quick turnaround!
Just received a message today 18th August to say they’re being despatched!!!!!! So prob get them next week!!!!!!!!!! Tried to contact them over 2 weeks ago and you can’t get hold of them
I will not be using this company again. I think this is the company this happened to me about 2 years ago as well
I sent an email to say I wanted my money back heard nothing now all of a sudden dedpatched
Unreliable company and no customer service will not recommend or use again. Very disappointed
Doesn’t matter it was a small order should be treated the same as a big order

I have ordered from this company many times without any issue. But my last order was placed on 9th July and lm still waiting. I've sent 2 emails but no reply. Looking at the previous reviews its looks like this is happening alot , l wont be using this company again.

Ordered an item 29th June 2 day turn around,and still waiting,have emailed 3 times and no correspondence from them,the order still hasn't been delivered let alone made

Ordered clp labels on 7th January, today is January 21st and have not received my orders. I have emailed daily to try to find out what the issue is as the website states orders are up to date and it's a 2-3 day turnaround with a 1 day delivery. All of my emails have been ignored! No explanation whatsoever! Last week I ended up ordering duplicate labels from another company who were amazing, I received the labels just 48 hours after ordering.

Seems to be a common theme and I wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering. I shall now have to call my bank to see if I can recover my loss via a charge back.

Ordered some labels through their website - digital downloads - in October. After three weeks waiting sent another email asking for an update on my order - no response. Two further emails sent to them, still no response. A month later, I've given up and ordered my labels from somewhere else and now requested a refund through PayPal

Excellent company. I've ordered my CLP candle labels from here many times. If they haven't had a scent ive emailed and they have quickly responded and added it to the site. Fast shipping. Will continue to use thanks.

Two orders placed not recieved. Have sent four emails and no reply. It's hard enough trying to stay afloat without paying for something you do not receive.
Used them before no issues, what's happened to this company

I have used this company previously and never had a problem, however, I placed an order on the 14th October and as of today (30th October) it has still not been received. I have tried to reach out to them via their contact email on 2 occasions and apart from the automated reply they are not responding. 🙁

Ordered 34 digital CLPS to launch our new range of candles to save myself the hour making them myself because we are so busy, it said 1-4 working days which was fine, today is day 12 and working day 8 and no sign of our files, i emailed 5 days ago with no response and emailed again today no response. I could have done these myself 12 days ago but paid £118 to simply save myself the time and now have to make them myself anyway, will be claiming the money back from the bank if i dont get my files by the end of today. I didn't even order printed sheets, literally just the digital files to print myself.

Advertised as being dispatched 1-2 working days - I’ve ordered a few times now and had to send an email chasing my order. Will use another company now moving forward

One star as its not possible to give NO STARS. Took over £40 of my money and didn’t send orders, ignored all emails. Wish I’d seen their shitty reviews first. Don’t waste your money on these absolute thieves.

Customer service is excellent. Fast delivery and perfect for my wax melts and candles.

Used to be a fantastic company, however I placed an order on the 12th of December which as of the 3rd of January, has still not arrived. Multiple emails sent, only one replied to. They have really gone downhill lately and don't seem to realise that this has had a knock on effect to my customers, some who are patiently waiting for their orders, others I've had to refund.

Fabulous service.

Dispatch time was slow. No email response from customer services. Won’t be using again.

Ordered 10 days ago! It does say between 5-7 days to dispatch.Ive messaged,emailed and wrote on there social media asking for an update on my order, to which i have had zero response!

Very very slow dispatch, over the 7 day dispatch! Ordered 12 days ago and only just been dispatched!

I've used Magic CLPs on many occasions. The website is very easy to use and orders are always dispatched and delivered on time. Great quality of CLPs, I highly recommend.
