I was recommended magna services after a car accident in September. The third party was at fault and I only had fire and theft cover. Tessa took my case on, she and the team have been so helpful! I have now received my pay out from the third party, thanks to Tessa. Highly recommend!!!

To be honest, no one ever has anything positive to say re insurance claims etc and I felt the same way. I am going away for Christmas and needed a car similar to mine as it is going to take a few months to be repaired.

I tried the conventional hire companies who had no premium SUV’s and offered me an A1 instead.

I spoke with Lucas at around 4pm, and didn’t think anything would be done that night. He took the time to understand my situation and was working well past 5pm to try and get a hire sorted for me.

He rang me this morning to tell me that he’s sorted me a 4x4 which I am very greatful for as we will be doing a lot of travelling over Christmas.

Excellent service, friendly efficient staff. Lucas made me feel that my outcome was important to him. He got me into a courtesy car within 24 hours of first contact. All in all, a great company to do business with, I would recommend magna to anyone!

I have recently been supported by the Magna team with my claim following an accident which was not my fault by an uninsured driver and where I only had third party fire/theft insurance. The claim was taken to the MIB by Magna and successfully helped me to receive back the money for my written off car. Throughout the last 7 months I have had excellent service from everyone at Magna. I spoke to other agencies closer to the accident who were often not clear and difficult to contact but from the start Magna team members were accessible, clear, explained things well to a unexperienced mind, were always realistic with me and genuinely wanted to help. Particular shout out to James, April, Kelly and others who helped me with expertise and kindness. Thanks again, would thoroughly recommend to anyone else finding themselves in a similar daunting situation!

Following a no fault claim on my van insurance. My insurer referred me to Magna. From the very first contact I was met with professionalism, courtesy and an eagerness to meet my needs. I was referred to an excellent body shop bradrich in Wallington, where I was kept informed of the progress if the repair. Even the courtesy truck driver took time to explain the controls etc of the hire truck. I cannot fault the service I received through magna .. from start to finish. Excellent customer service throughout. 👏

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Lucas has been absolutely phenomenal in getting a vehicle organised for us. He does what he says, he listens to the customer, clearly explains everything that is happening and why and he delivers. I really wish we could clone him because his attention to detail and customer service is amazing. I wish all of my customer service experiences were as good. Thank you so much Lucas, you are fantastic. I would consider Magna for all car hire needs just because of you.

My experience with magna has been great, they made sure I had a car that suited my needs.
The following day I had a follow up call from Lucas to ensure the car was right for me and everything was ok, there were no problems with the drop off either . A great service

Amazing Customer Support
Since i had an accident, Magna Services response have been amazing for arranging my courtesy car in as quickly as possible. I have been dealing with Lukas and his customer service has been exceptional to say the least. Kept me infomred at all times and arranged replacement in no time as well.

I found this company to be a life saver for me,very little chance of getting a hire car at short notice, but they did it,,especially Lucas, who is a God send,,witty charming and a total brilliant, whatever they pay him is not enough. Regards Greg.

I had an accident on 1st February and my insurance company assigned Cogent to deal with my repairs and hire car. BRILLIANT - customer service and contact updates have been second to none - when you deal with insurance companies, you expect an ordeal - not in this case! I need to give a special mention to Will who pulled out all the stops to provide me with a replacement vehicle so promptly, understanding I had a driving test to support - his colleague Kelsey has been equally supportive! Provision of the replacement car which I have had for 5 weeks was fab! Andy (who delivered and collected the vehicle was very affable and great to engage with) - then over to Kerry and Becky at Auto Fix Matlock - absolute superstars in keeping me updated and expediting delivery of my car post repair...it is very rare for me to be able to rate an experience as excellent - this one truly was - highly recommend and cannot thank the Team enough :)

Our company van got rear ended, non fault claim and our insurance company went to magna to sort out our hire van while ours was in for repair. They had months to sort out a replacement and at 4:30pm the day before we were supposed to receive our replacement van we received an email saying they could help us with a replacement!!!
We have had to cancel all our engineers work for today and as a company we have lost thousands in revenue.
Avoid at all costs

I had a non-fault accident and my initial reaction was to go to my insurers and ask them to deal with the claim for me. After several hours on the phone, getting messed around with a hire car that was nothing like the size I needed, I called Magna and that is where my life got a whole lot easier.

I spoke to Magna at around 4 pm in the afternoon and early the next morning a vehicle that was the correct size was with me and in perfect condition.

Magna then proceeded to chase the quotes from my chosen repair centre and pass them on to the third party insurer and liaise to ensure authorisation was given to carry out the repair of my vehicle.

Magna then kept me updated every step of the way and when my vehicle was ready for collection, allowed me to drop their vehicle at the repair centre 20 miles away and advised them they would organise the collection.

All in all, I am very happy with the service provided - 5-star service and once I had contacted them no more were my days taken up with sitting in a queue on the phone to my insurers.

Would recommend to all.

Without Kelly I don't know what I would have done.
Her compassion, her care and empathy really helped me through a really tough time.
The whole team deserve a medal in my opinion.
