I bought the new CF Moto 1000MTX from Ivan and his team. Great bike and an even better service.
Ivan went out of his way to make things work from the start. He offered a good Part-Ex, communicated well and then had the new bike ready, complete with luggage at the agreed time.
He even offered to come in early or finish late as I’m a shift worker. Highly recommend this company.

Spoke to Ivan on Sunday, paid deposit on Tuesday and recieved bike on Friday - amazing service and would definitely recommend. All paperwork completed and received electronically. The courier, Ian, called me before delivery to arrange a time and was on time, and super friendly.

Overall a great experience.

Oh and the Livewire One is hands down the best bike I've ridden - so much fun even over a petrol motorbike.

Dealt with Ivon very knowledgable and helpful within a few hours I had all the info I requested and a bike being delivered same day can’t fault the service I have received.

Bought a talaria xxx pro very happy with my purchase come fully assembled I emailed after closing time on saturday and Ivan phoned me straight back made the purchase here by Tuesday couldnt of asked for better customer service I would definitely recommend and will be dealing with them again in the future

I had to travel from an offshore island to Southampton. Ivon arrived within 15 minutes of my ferry docking, with my bike. The whole transaction was smooth.
I paid cash.

Do not buy a bike from magnet motors IVAN is the worst After sales salesman and if you buy any of his road legal surrons or Talerias you will not be able to get insurance from the insurance underwriters.
If you're going to buy an off-road one, it would be better that you find somewhere cheaper and wait for the delivery. You will be paying a few thousand pounds more just so you can have the bike on the same day which is better to buy online and wait for the delivery because there is no provided extra service from either magnet motors or buying with onlines cheaper options! This whole horrible process has taught me a lesson of patience so I would like to share with others.

Truly outstanding customer service from beginning to end. Excellent advice and really explored what I wanted from a bike and discouraged my initial request even though it would have been a more expensive purchase.

100% would recommend if you want an off road Electric bike or an on road one. Huge selection in both categories.
