Delivered a day late and the load was left in the front of the house
Clear instructions were stated to be delivered at the rear of the property
A bulk bag had to be transported from the front to the rear, 150 m distance

Cost us more in labour than the load

Very unhappy

Delivery was complete and on time however the pallets could not hold the weight of the bulk bags and were broken which made unloading and moving them very difficult.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Mainland Aggregates. After being let down badly by another supplier, Mainland Aggregates were a breath of fresh air. The ordering process was seamless, and the delivery arrived exactly on time and incredibly fast (two day delivery).

Order 120 tonne of Type 1. Really easy to order and great communication. The drivers delivering were really friendly and easy to work with. Will be ordering again soon.

The delivery had an issue but was sorted very fast. However I ordered the wrong item and it couldn't be returned. I understand that this was my fault and I can't expect the company to fix my problem. I have used the company in the past and loved the items delivered. I also have lots of projects going on around my property so I will be using them in the future. Just be extra careful that you are ordered the correct product!
