Everything made easy. Staff very professional and helpful. No problems at any stage of administration and everything always completed on time.
I always found MainPay very good. Unfortunately I had to change to Giant, another umbrella company because of some government regulation. They cost twice as much.

Their customer service are very professional
Their customer service are very polite, understanding & helpful. They make the payslips easy to understand. They pay on time. All their documents are well organised . I never had any issue with them since I joined many years ago. I definitely advise people to join it

I started working with MainPay in 2017. They are still my main umbrella company even though I had the opportunity to work with other umbrella companies. I have received excellent service throughout all those years. If I ever needed help, all the information is thoroughly and clearly explained on their website. I do all the things online and have had to contact them only a couple of times. When I had to call, the service was amazing!

Years of great service …
I’ve been with MainPay umbrella company for many years, and throughout that time, their service and support have been nothing short of exceptional. The team has always been responsive, professional, and genuinely supportive—making the entire experience smooth and reassuring.
It’s truly disappointing to hear that MainPay Money is closing down. The discounts and benefits offered through that platform were a fantastic perk, and I’m concerned about losing access to those advantages that added real value to being part of MainPay. I hope the company considers alternative ways to continue offering similar benefits.

Thanks to MainPay, I do not have the worry over working out Tax and Insurance or anything else coming out of my hard earned wage.
Messages are as up-to-date as needed.
Access to their site is straight forward.
