Purchase a Black Stone Island tee shirt, prompt delivery good price, would use them again.

I placed my order, it shipped and was received faster than I expected. Item was packaged carefully and was exactly as expected. I would not hesitate to shop from Maisondefashion again. The only suggestion would be a follow-up email from the company letting me know my order was received and another email when it was shipped. I had to go onto the website myself to see updates. However, DHL sent me updates once they received the shipment since I am signed up with them.

I have shopped online and the service has always been 1st class with no problem and any queries answered promptly.
I knew they had a shop in Nuneaton and wanted to see a bit more of what they were about. I was looked after by the manager Will Holland, the service was exemplary, I was made to feel welcome as soon as I entered the shop. I was more than happy with the items I purchased and would definitely pay them a visit if the opportunity arises.

I placed my order on the 29th of March, I have still not received my order. I have sent them an email to ask for an update but I have had no response. I need my items for an upcoming holiday and I am concerned they will not come in time. It says on their website there could be delays due to bank holidays however I ordered my items 4 days before the bank holiday and we have had 2 working days since the bank holidays and still no update on when my parcel will be delivered. I think it is very poor to keep customers waiting this long.

Edit I have had a response saying it will arrive Saturday, hopefully it will.

Their prices are good but I feel they need to improve on the delivery service

My order was never dispatched. Delivery said 5-7 working days, after 8working days my order was still showing as 'preparing' and no tracking info was available.
I cancelled my order and received a full refund

Really fast and efficient. Communication was fantastic.

Ordered a stone Island jumper in the 28th Feb which has not arrived. After chasing with customer services who said they would come back to me, still nothing and shocking service. I was left checking if this was a fake company as a proper company would not deal with customers in this way. Still no jumper, response or credit.

Been using MdF since last year for keepers - bought some Ralph, Boss, Lacoste, but mostly S/Island. Got some great pieces in right now. Bagged a bit sale tackle [Lacoste and the finest S/Island] today.

Will and the team are really helpful - always forthcoming with info about items on sale/online offers, they never push or over sell. Will is bang on point, knows his stuff, puts things together well.

Give the guys a go, from Lacoste to Tom Ford, you won't be disappointed 😉
