Just got back from Llandridnodwells. Fabulous holiday scenery beautiful. Chris our coach driver was fantastic. He was polite friendly and professional at all times. Thank you for our holiday.

This was my first coach holiday which I found to be good overall value for money. I chose the Llandudno trip as it was somewhere I always wanted to visit. At around an 8 hour trip it was a bit too long for me, but there was a stop or two. The Chatsworth hotel was right on the Esplanade so location was great for walking around. It was what I had expected of a coach party hotel. There was a mix up with the first room I was given, but it was sorted out. There was a choice of evening meals and a buffet breakfast. It was ok but could be improved. Nightly bingo for half an hour followed by a singer. The best part of the whole trip for me was Phil, our driver. He made the trips interesting and his driving skills were exceptional in sometimes difficult terrain. I will leave a separate review for the hotel.

From start to finish it was and always is a pleasure. The staff at the hotel are absoloutly brilliant and are hell bent on making sure your holiday is brilliant. From the kitchen and dining room staff, the domestics, porters, desk staff all brilliant . The entertainment team what can I say they are the best I've seen . They deserve the biggest shout out. This is what keeps us going back year after year, and will as long as we're able will keep doing so. So thank you once again to the Templestowe for the best couple of days. See you next year God willing

Had a fantastic time organised by Majestic coaches.
Booking was easy and polite, and very reasonable.
Our journey to London was made so much fun by a guy called Steve.
Nothing was too much trouble for him, friendly and helpful.
Abba concert was the BEST show I've ever seen, so much so I've booked again to go later in the year.
The show was mesmerising, so booked another trip with Majestic.
Our hotel was situated ideally in a very good location if you were staying longer, but for one night it didn't matter.
Beds extremely comfortable, rooms basic and small, very clean. Unfortunately very hot, but not hotels fault.
Breakfast was continental with fresh fruit etc.
My only concern was the Breakfast room it was situated in the Hotels basement, and you had to be extremely careful going up & down the steps.
Staff were lovely and very helpful.
All in all a extremely fun filled 2 days.

Driver Adam was brilliant. Very knowledgeable and excellent driving. First coach holiday we’ve been on. Whilst it was great, we hadn’t taken into account how regimented it was going to feel. Breakfast then, coach then, dinner then and repeat. However, one day we declined the trip to Chester and spent a relaxed day exploring Llandudno which is lovely. I think if it could be a little more relaxing it would be better. Holidays are a time to feel relaxed and not have early mornings. However, despite this, we had a lovely time. Hotel was nice except shower cubicle was like a small broom cupboard.

From being picked up to drop off, we had excellent service. Not the first time we have travelled with Majestic, we have always experienced good value for money. This time went to Peak District and enjoyed well thought out trips which were excellent made more enjoyable by our driver Chris who displayed a good knowledge of surroundings with a good sense of humour. We will definitely use Majestic again.

We love the convenience of being picked up locally. The coach drivers are really friendly and accommodating, especially for my husband as he uses a walker. We love that we get excursions included, but which are optional . However I have a little niddle that on our last trip to Torquay, the coach driver decided he wasn't going to take us on one of the planned destinations as he said that there was nothing there, but it would have been nice to have been given the chance to decided for ourselves.
We have used Majestic Tours on 3 occasions now and would recommend. Our last 2 visits have been to The Templestow Hotel in Torquay and we will definitely be going again. The hotel is very clean and the staff are great and friendly, their entertainment is fantastic, food is good and all in all a good trip, for a 3star hotel you couldn't get better.

They can not do enough for their guests. I've been to the templestow hotel in Torquay on a number of occasions and have already booked to go to one of their tinsel and turkey weekends in October. So many you speak to about the templestow are returning guests. Excellent hotel.

Several aspects of this tour were disappointing...for a journey of some 8 hours to the hotel the coach provided did not cut the mustard.These days , certainly for such long journeys USB sockets and WIFI are essential..interestingly the other local tour operator thinks so. The coach was dated and a poor relation to others we saw whilst visiting various locations. The necessity for the coach to have a preventative maintenance inspection half way through our trip was bizarre to say the least.
The daily itinerary planning requires a serious rethink..just 30 minutes in Grasmere? No time to seek out Dove Cottage or indeed the mere. A steam train journey as included by the majority of operators organising similar trips would be infinitely preferable to a journey on a crowded diesel on the main Leeds to Carlisle line...this was absolutely diabolicalwith the majority of our trip passengers standing for the whole journey.
The visit to Carlisle was in my opinion completely unnecessary and getting there after 2pm for lunch gave little time afterwards to try and find anything worth visiting.The short stop at Thirlmere is pretty pointless and less able passengers would not welcome the tricky access to merely take photos of a stretch of water.
Our driver Chris is to be commended for his good humour and ability to rise above the inconvenience of taking the voach for that maintenance inspection.
Thankfully the Shaps Well Hotel was excellent ..with an intriguing history.
I shall not use Majestic Tours again based on this experience

Mon to Fri in Llandudno.Chatsworth hotel very good.Food excellent.First class entertainment.Staff very friendly and helpful.Would definately recommend.Up to Majestics usual high standard

Just back from the Majestic Tour of Switzerland and had a fantastic time. The Pilatus hotel where we stayed was lovely and it was a beautiful setting on Lake Lucerne. I especially loved the Swiss menu day and beef patties, yummy! My room was excellent, with fab views of the lake. Our drivers Adam and Matt were absolutely brilliant!!
Conquered my fear of heights to go up Mount Pilatus on the cog wheel train with fab views at the top and then the amazing gondola and cable car rides back down, so glad I pushed myself, with help from friends that I made on the coach. Grindlewald is a must and I could have spent the whole day there, such a picturesque place.
Everyone on our coach was so friendly and made the trip extra special. Swimmimg in Lake Lucerne is a beautiful experience, especially as the weather was so hot. Would have loved an extra day or two, or even longer and will hopefully go back again one day.

The whole experience of every holiday,starts from booking the holiday.staff are so polite and helpful, everything is done over the phone.
Two weeks before you go,the paperwork comes through the post,with luggage labels for your case. It's contains all the information you need about your holiday.
You meet your coach at the arranged pick up stop. Coach driver is very polite, introducing himself. Then away you go to your chosen holiday. Majestic are an awesome company,from start to finish.

Our Driver Clinton made the coach trip very enjoyable with good knowledge of Bournemouth the hotel and food were very good only complaint I had was not very suitable for people with disabilities as there are quite a lot of steps

Pleasant driver, comfortable journey to the hotel. Excellent room and excellent food (plain but well cooked and presented) good trips with plenty of places of interest. Free time if you wanted to see Tenby town. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Very comfortable hotel. The coach driver was excellent and the day trips interesting. Enjoyed the visit to Saltaire and also. having a free drink in the famous Woolpack Pub.

The hotel including the food was lovely and the day trips are fabulous, excellent value for money holidays. Looking forward to my next one 😊

I went on the Yorkshire trip on the 15th as I had been before I knew what to expect how wrong can one be .The drop of to see Haworth village was the inconsiderate drop of as we got dropped at the bottom of the hill and was impossible for people in there later years and poor mobility to climb a steep hill to see the momost desired part bronte sisters history of the church gift shops cafes.This was pointed out to the driver hence he parked close enough to enjoy the facilities we did not .
