I highly recommend M.A.J law . Anyone facing a drug driving charge , these are the firm to use . They support you all the way through. We got a result no -one was expecting . Big thanks to John Fairhurst who represented was brilliant throughout . Also to Connor who took the initially call at the start who didn’t judge and explained the whole process . Phoebe Bradshaw was also brilliant .

M.A.J law seem to know alot about what they are doing i had asked them for help with my case and although in the end I didnt end up going with them they know what they are talking about and even though I wasn't going with them one of their solicitors Connor still gave me all the information he could about the case

After looking around multiple Solicitors, I chose MAJ Law based on both reviews and initial consultation,

I spoke to Thomas Wilson (Motoring Law Specialist) in the first instance, and he took his time considering it was a free call and walked me through the process perfectly. Jack Cooper later represented me at my plea hearing. Jack was excellent, he would have been clearly aware I was anxious and he did everything to make me feel comfortable and dealt with anything and everything within his power on the day.

From then on in my defence I was in constant communication with Olivia Ball a Paralegal at MAJ. Olivia was very friendly but also to the point, detailing the reality and also the areas we could contest, as well as being open about the chances and putting the onus and decision on me. She updated me only when necessary.

We ended up getting the result we wanted. As I told Olivia, my review would have been the same regardless, as they did everything they could have done, and there is always going to be a bit of good fortune involved, unfortunately.

With the fixed fee, which not everybody offers, and the clear point of contact, I felt I could speak to Olivia whenever needed. I would highly recommend M.A.J. LAW to anybody reading this.

Absolutely Unreal at what they do!!

I faced two charges. One of drink drive where I was 3 times over the limit and one of failure to report.

I pled not guilty to DD, very slim chance of being found the same. And guilty to failure to report.

Not only did John Fairhurst and the team around him work tirelessly to get me in the best possible position throughout, they appoint the very best barristers when it comes to court. These guys are the best of the best.

I was acquitted of the drink drive, as they cover every angle, I was looking at a 3 year ban. Incredible result as they had my key evidence thrown out.

But when it came to sentencing on the other charge, as I already had 6 points, I was looking at a ban and potentially prison due to the nature and seriousness, I walked out of court with my licence, a small fine and that’s that.

Not only that, they won 90% costs back for themselves, meaning I will get some of my outlay back. From totally bleak to ecstatic.

They are the best of the best, you may think it’s expensive but if you want cheap and cheerful, say goodbye to your licence and potentially a lot worse.
