Got referred to Major Money Matters by the Unbiased website as we weren't quite sure about our current mortgage advisor and wanted to shop around. Billy got in contact promptly and we had a good honest conversation over the phone about our needs. We were first time buyers and felt very supported through the whole process by Billy and Jane who were more than happy to answer any questions. I appreciated the contact via WhatsApp to be able to also ask things as it's all such an alien process! Billy sorted us with a great deal and with a high street lender, which we thought wouldn't be available to us at first. Will happily arrange our remortgage with Major Money Matters, highly recommend their friendly and supportive nature. Can't believe we completed before Christmas! Thank you!

From the very start I felt in safe hands with Oliver Potter. He remained very informative and also super patient with me throughout. He took the time to talk me through everything and never rushed me off the phone. When he found my mortgage deal I was then passed onto another Oliver and Lee. Everyone I have dealt with have been fantastic. Thank you so much guys!

Oliver was was excellent in advising on income protection and decreasing mortgage insurance. Clearly knew his stuff, was very responsive and effective. I had a lot of questions about how different products worked and interacted and he answered them all in a clear and succinct manner. Much better experience than what I've had before with insurance advisers.
