I don’t usually leave negative feedback, but this experience needs to be mentioned. The way customers are treated here is not acceptable. The responses were rude, and there was a clear lack of professionalism.

I would advise others to be cautious. Respectful communication is the minimum any customer should expect.

1 star. Product is counterfeit and completely different from listing. Customer service is nonexistent unless you pay extra fees they never mentioned. Dishonest seller — do not trust.
