I did not receive my order

Hi there,
Sorry for the mix up but we were closed.
We received your order on St Stephen's Day but the order is now ready to ship. We had a huge message on our home page and a second one on the cart page outlining that the online shop was closed till Jan 5th as the shared warehouse we use was shut till then. We've also took the time to email you asking if you'd like us to send it today (when it reopened) or have it refunded for you, as you may have required it for a date over the period we were closed.

UPDATE -We emailed you 3 days ago, straight after the review was posted. We took the time to politely explain that we were closed. We also sent you the screenshots of the messages, apologised and offered a refund, but you didn't reply to us. Then we had to email you second time when we opened on the 5th to get an answer from you if you still wanted the item. Normal clients would email a company first not give them a damming review. Your reply finally came (SHOP IT) you managed to screw up the word ship but more importantly there was no hello, no thank you, nothing. So we just refunded your purchase as we don't want people as rude as you shopping with us. Happy New Year

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Made every effort to try and source an item that was out of stock. Kept in contact throughout the process. Friendly, helpful and go the extra mile for their customers.
Highly recommend Maktus!
